Summerwind 802E – Just for the Halibut

Perfection! We always stay at Summerwind.
Love this place.

Secure, clean, safe and peaceful.

The Condo was perfect fpr what we needed.
Everything was neat and clean ,with easy access to the areas we visited!

We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very clean. Very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The view was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Our only issue was we had trouble with the TV.

The condo was perfectly cleaned, and we were able to check in early. They even called us to see if we were happy! We only had one minor maintenance issue and they had someone on it immediately! I will recommend this facility and unit to anyone! Perfect for couples or small families! The view is amazing, and perfectly located next to Andy D's.

Pictures of condo are completely accurate. The location is wonderful for beautiful views of the gulf. I was impressed with the ease of check in and out and the condo was very clean. I would definitely stay again.
Staff were so friendly. I had no idea what I was doing and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with process.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. We did have a video problem and the maintenance man was excellent.

This was our 5th time to visit Summerwind. We always have a great relaxing time there. My only area of concern was that this year I noticed several homeless people staying under the pier. One of them made my wife uncomfortable as he walked his baby pit bull by everyone in his attempt to make conversation. I realize that the pier is public but people on vacation shouldn't be bothered by this. I see this as a potential problem. There are signs everywhere saying that if you leave your belongings out on the beach 2 hours after dark it becomes property of the county. I noticed that the homeless people where gone for 3 days but their stuff was allowed to stay. I just hate for a place as peaceful and relaxing as Summerwind be junked up and trashy looking. I hope this comment finds the right person to help keep Summerwind as beautiful and relaxing as possible.

We didn't really work or have much interaction with any team members, the ones we did talk to were all very nice. LOVED the beach chair guy, Juan!

Property was very clean and alot of the appliances were updated very recently. Beach was very private and enjoyed talking with other friendly guests that were there as well. We felt the rates were exceptionally reasonable. We have already been recommending to friends and family. See you next year!
Finding the mail office was very easy. The little emails we would get leading up to our stay helped since this was our first time staying there. The emails would tell us about local restaurants, convenient stores, and other attractions. Staff was so friendly and checking in was quick so we could get right to our vacation. My wife and I have already determined to come back. The website couldnt have been more user friendly. Everything from the check in until the check out was 5 stars. Thank you team for being great hosts.

The only issue that we had with our condo was there was an electrical problem with the outlets in the kitchen. The team offered to have it looked at while we were there but we opted for them to not do it since we had figured out which outlets worked and which ones didn't.
They were very professional and helpful whenever we had questions or needed help with anything.

Easy & informative.

The property was beautifully maintained--inside and out. Separate pools & hot tubs to accommodate each building is a big plus. Fantastic ocean views, well-maintained beach walkways, convenient trash chutes on each floor & lots of outdoor sand cleaning facilities.

We loved the property. So nice to have direct access to the beach and the pier right next door. Our unit was so nice. We did a lot of cooking/baking and it was nice that all our needs were taken into consideration. Our unit had everything we needed. I can't wait to come back!!!

We could of used a few more pillows in the condo. We all sleep with 2-3 at home and usually take extra pillows when we travel but traveling by air this time make that hard to do.

We loved the condo! The floor plan of the condo worked well with 5 people. We didn't feel like we were stepping on each other.

We love where we stay each time we visit! It is conveniently close to the restaurants & Tom Thumb. Most everything is within walking distance. LOVE the ocean views & the comfort of the condos. We love the slow paced atmosphere there. We WILL be back again & again!!!
