Summerwind 704E – Palm Tree Point

A great place to stay!!
Would definitely recommend it to anyone

This was on of several that my family rented for a large multi generational vacation. It was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and right on the beach.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The property was very well stocked. It was clean and we felt safe on the property.

Nice vacation..location was great! The unit needs to be painted a lighter color...the dark brown is depressing.

Beautiful view of the Gulf and only the Gulf no other obstructions!
Isiah was great to work with! He was very patient and kind and answered all of my questions with much respect. He is a great asset to your group.

Perfect place

The unit was very clean and perfect size for my husband and I.
I contacted the office multiple times by phone prior to our vacation and I also visited the office that was on the property itself and everyone I encountered or spoken to was courteous and helpful.

The facility was very clean and the staff were very nice. Our condo was ready when we arrived and it was very easy to check in

It was a great and relaxing stay will do again.

Everything went great with the team members from check in to check out.

The property is clean, quiet and never waited long for an elevator. Parking was easy. Would be nice to have a restaurant at the resort

We love this place!! The only negative is that this year there were a lot more of the rental umbrellas and chairs that took up so much space. We bring our own things so was difficult to find a spot. A lot of the chairs were not rented and were empty so that took up space not used.
They were very helpful and friendly!

My family loved it everything, the bunk beds were a hit. My kids spent time together playing board games and relaxing on the balcony reading a book. Everything was perfect it was hard to leave and come back home.

Wonderful as always

I was so happy with everything except the mattress and bedding. The mattress was so uncomfortable. The bedding felt cheap. Other than that I wouldn't change anything!

If you are looking for shallow, and clear waters with a white sand beach, this is it.

I have been to Myrtle Beach, above Daytona Beach, and Gulf Shores, but this has been the best of all.

It was a great experience between gloomy Ohio weather and sunny warm Florida overlooking the beach.

The condo was decorated very well and very spacious for a one bedroom! Perfect location for relaxing and view was fabulous. Amenities were more than we needed and the property was extremely well kept. Have recommended to many of our family and friends and do plan to revisit there often!
Pleasant experience! Check-in was quick and easy, they had all info in order when arrived. Check-out was just as smooth. The staff, down to the maintenance people, were very friendly and accommodating. Offered materials and suggestions on local places which made it easier for us to find stores and restaurants to visit and were pleased with all of them. Great Staff and place to visit!

Everything was perfect other than the bed was very uncomfortable. We have plans to return next year. Favorite feature? Not crowded like other nearby areas.

We have stayed at Summerwinds 5 times in the last 4 years. The location is awesome. We love Navarre becuase it is not so "commercialized". It is a nice getaway.
