Summerwind 702E – Shore Life

Great place, very comfortable. We loved everything about this place.

Clean, great location, and stocked with all necessities. Was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first time staying at the Inn at Summerwind was very enjoyable. The condo was perfect for my husband and I...everything was clean and checking in and out was super easy. Beautiful views of the ocean and pier, and enjoyed being in walking distance to two yummy restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Staff was very polite. The whole property/pool was very clean too. Our room was ready for us to walk right in and start our vacation. The only thing I did not like was that the beach rentals did not share the beach area. Anyone that had their own chairs had to go as far as the pier to get an ocean view. I overheard many groups complain about that. But still had a great time!!

Unit 702E was very clean. Had everything we needed for the vacation. Great view.
This was our first time to visit SummerWind and all our questions were answered before we arrived and each time everyone was very pleasant to talk to. Very helpful. Resort, pool, and beach area was very clean. We will be returning --- hopefully soon!

Always stay in this unit. Great views , comfortable and closest to the pier and Windjammers.
Fast and friendly maintenance man, very quickly came to change the batteries in smoke detectors when they all started beeping. Also very helpful in figuring out the tv for us.

The property was very well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and was very clean and nicely decorated. This is our second time staying in this property. We will for sure be staying here in the future. Everything was great!

The condo that we stayed at was very nice & even though it was a 1 bedroom, it was very livable having lots of storage for everything that we brought. Bed was comfortable.

Isaiah was the one who booked for me over the phone. He was VERY helpful to me since it was a last minute booking due to Hurricane Ida. When we decided to extend, the ladies at the desk were very kind and friendly.

We stay at Summerwind every summer. We have never been disappointed. Can't wait to schedule our next vacation. Clean and met all of our needs.
We loved the no touch system of checking in and out during this pandemic. Everyone we spoke to prior to our visit answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable even when our flight was arriving later than check in,

The condo was awesome! Very clean with nice furnishings.
Everything was done online. Received a txt the day we were to check in, when our condo was ready & an email with our door code so we could go straight up to the condo.

The property was nice and very clean.
Although we only needed staff assistance once, they went out of their way to make sure we understood and had everything we needed.

It was a great location and the staff at Navarre Properties were always friendly and accommodating when I called before our vacation and during our vacation.

We love Navarre and always tell friends and family it's a small beach.

Loved the chair rental inclusion. We will use Navarre Properties again, but will stay at different location. Summerwind needs a little more security. Even seen a guy urinating right in parking lot in the middle of the day.

The unit was very clean and well cared for! It had everything we needed for our week and the beach service included was a huge bonus! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! There was just the 2 of us for this week, but our normal family of 4 would have had plenty of room in this unit.

My stay there at Navarre Properties are always perfect and always up to my expectations.
I enjoyed the notification check in by phone to let us know our room was ready and package information left for us to assess the pool and other engagement.

Just getting there unpack and then sitting on the balcony watching the ocean is pure relaxation.
Very nice condo, very clean, even had a Keurig coffee maker. Beach chair service was included, we enjoyed that.

The property is perfect! It felt like home away from home! Very clean! The balcony had amazing views! We loved just hanging at the beach in the beach chairs that were provided and enjoyed kayaking which also came with the condo! It was so much fun! Can't wait to visit again!
