Summerwind 604E – Hooked On a Feeling

Everything was amazing perfect location .

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was clean and well kept and a great location. Be warned though, one of the evening “security guards” for the building is an absolute disgrace. We had an unfortunate incident with him one evening where he called me a liar in front of my 5 and 7 year old children. He yelled me for something I did not do and was verbally aggressive. We had other guests witness and come up to us after asking if I was ok and that they saw him do the same to some other women just a little while before me. Then, we witnessed him do the same to MINORS later in the evening from our balcony and have video proof to submit. He left a really bad taste in our mouth about staying there again which is really unfortunate because the condo was lovely and the owners took great care of it.

A little dated, but the stay was great. Great location to the beach and local places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay at navarre beach. We look forward to many more trips to navarre.

We always love staying at Summerwind! Everything is always up to par..clean..everyone who works is very helpful and kind!! We just love it there...this was our 3rd time staying and I'm sure we will be back!

We loved the condo. View was awesome, everything was clean and in working condition, beds were comfortable.

604E was the perfect size for my needs. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything I needed. I loved the balcony view of the gulf! My favorite part of my stay was drinking wine on the balcony and watching the sunset. Absolutely gorgeous in the fall!

Very clean unit and facility, maintenance is always attentive to details and nothing is left unattended. Housekeeping is always on top of things to keep clean and sanitizer. Everyone made us feel very welcomed and made our stay the best we've had.
Team was very fast during the reservation and put the unit on hold for us. Very professional and polite. Very welcoming when we checked in and our stay was smooth from beginning to end.

PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. CAN'T WAIT TO STAY AGAIN.
STAFF IS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND QUICK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

Everything thing are clean and very welcoming. Kitchen appliance and cooking utensils needs some addition.

My kids loved this vacation. The property was in a great spot. We went in the middle of May and the traffic was perfect for us getting around and the beach was not over crowded. Great time.
The only time I had to speak with team members was when I checked out and it was handled quickly and effectively.

The only thing this year was one of the elevator was closed and being worked out so we had to wait longer, and one of the pools was closed due to painting, and one of the hot tubs only had cold water. It was very busy this year and usually I could get in pool without alot of people, but it was busy with just two pools. It is a beautiful place and we will be back every year and we will tell others to stay there. It is clean, friendly and right price.Thank you for all you do for us and the beach.

When we checked in, the staff thought our room was ready and cleaned. However, the room wasn't cleaned. The paperwork was incorrect. The staff was notified and they expedited the cleaning and refunded a portion of amount we paid. They quickly redeemed the situation and did it in a friendly manner.

I love Navarre with its quiet beaches.

The property was clean, had plenty of room, in a great location.
It was very easy to find a great property with plenty of room, a great view, close to our family!

Our room was suitable, the stove and microwave were a bit overdue for maintenance. Although the pool for our building was unavailable because of property maintenance, our use of the available pools and beach access were comfortable and enjoyable.
Our check in and check out was the smoothest we have experienced. Our time there was hassle free and enjoyable.

This was the best beach vacation we have ever had. The condo was very large and spacious, very clean and had everything you would need. The ocean view from the balcony was incredible. The staff was friendly and very helpful on arrival. The maintenance staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. Summerwinds is your best option for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful Gulf coast. It is right on the beach. All you have to do is ride down the elevator.

I'm planning another trip back to Summerwind. It had everything I want out of a beach front resort. And the beach was amazing!

We have stayed at the Summerwind Resort for the last three years.
They are always there for you and are happy to do whatever it takes to make your vacation a pleasant one!

Only problem we had was while sitting on balcony we got a lot of smoke from other guest smoking on balconies around us!
Another thing the power washer being used to clean property was very annoying when trying to relax on balcony (for 2 days!)

We enjoyed our stay the view was wonderful from our balcony and we loved being next to the pier I did feel your lobby on entrance could use a little sprucing up I know you have your check in on the 1st floor but the garage level could use a little something more inviting when you first arrive Otherwise all was great plenty of parking and no problem getting a cart to transport our things up in the elevator
We also got the watch the now famous hammerhead shark swim thru the water right up to the beach in front of us

We absolutely loved Navarre Beach and Summerwind. It was just what we were looking for. Not secluded from everything but not crowded.
