Great stay! Beautiful, clean unit with amazing views! Sunsets and sunrises were to die for. We will definitely stay at 505E again - it exceeded expectations.

We loved this unit -very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated.
You can tell that great care has been taken to maintain this condo, both by the owner and the management company. View is superb! Enjoyed the beach service, books & games within the condo for rainy days. Highly recommend!!!

I love these condos. Always clean with fantastic views. We had a girls trip here and had an amazing time. Check in was easy and our room was ready early. I’ve stayed here many times and they seemed to be a little more strict with the armbands and parking which I can appreciate. However, while there were several signs posted about the parking when we walked down to the beach our first night we left quickly and forgot the bands. No one was there when we walked out and when we came back he wouldn’t let us go back and we had to walk all the way around by the restaurant to the road to the front just to get back in. One of us wasn’t even wearing shoes. Maybe if I had shown my reservation but by then we all just wanted to get back in. It would have been different if he was there when we went out or if there had been a sign there. Many times we were asked to show our bands which I don’t have a problem with. It also would have been nice to be able to use extra chairs since we were paying for a bigger room with more people. I understand they might not have enough for everyone but especially if there are empty ones there. It is nice to have a couple chairs included though. Still had an amazing time and will be back again. Already planning our next trip.

Arranging the rental was super easy and the condo was exactly as expected when my company arrived. It was perfect! Even the weather was perfect. Excellent accommodations!

Great vacation. The only complaint would be something out of your control. The building next door obstructed the sunsets. Hardly a complaint since we had a beautiful view of the daily sunrises. That particular suite was great. I can't think of a single complaint.

Friendly and informative

Unit 505E was perfect with 3 bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were a great place to sit and relax while looking out at the beautiful beachfront. The pools and buildings were well maintained and easy to navigate and provided very simple and quick beach access to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the area. We will definitely stay here again when coming to the area and would highly recommend it and unit 505E.

A Christmas to remember!! This was a family vacation for Christmas, and the best ever. My 6 year old enjoyed the heated pool every day. We could walk to the pier every evening for the sunset. We were on the beach every morning for the sunrise, and shelling was awesome!! We found some of the best shells ever here. One of our top 5 vacations and we will be back.

Summerwind just keeps getting better every year. Despite storms and covid, the staff always makes sure those visiting have a clean, comfortable vacation experience.
This was our first time in SW505E but it was a very pleasant surprise. Great kitchen, loved the refrigerator, and the beds were perfect for our adult children.

This property is as large as my home ! Fully furnished kitchen, we even found a cheese grater for our nachos !

I have gone to Florida several times and this is the best place I've stayed. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed. The location was awesome - right on the beach and by the pier. We'll definitely be returning next year!

505E was an absolutely beautiful unit delivering all that was advertised. An extremely clean and well maintained condo. The owners obviously take pride in making everything just right for their rental guests. We loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the awesome ocean views. Can't wait to return!

I think these are well ran properties on a great beach. I love the pier and we saw so many dolphins when we were on the beach as well as when we walked the pier. This was my second time here and won't be my last. THANKS!!!!

We stay 2 months so we interact with the staff often. We find them to be efficient, caring and helpful. We are greeted by familiar faces year after year.

The unit was nice, clean and well maintained. Proximity to dining, shopping and groceries is exceptional. The staff at the facility was delightful and professional. The owners were fantastic. We will definitely be returning and staying in this unit again.

The condo owner was very nice when I contacted her initially. The Navarre staff were very professional and courteous.

We enjoyed our week at Summerwind! One improvement would be to heat more than one pool. When only one pool is heated it makes for a crowded pool and pool deck.

We have always come to Navarre in the Summer. What a pleasant change to come in the Fall. This is definitely the time to come if one wants to experience the beauty and serenity of the beach without the bigger crowds that are present in the summer months. Even though there were workers doing construction during our stay, nothing kept us from enjoying our trip. The improvements will be a benefit in the years to come.

We love it. We are coming back there Nov 7, 8th, & 9th for another stay. We haven't made reservations yet. There is an air show in Pensacola on this weekend. Even thought the drive is about an hour, it is well worth the drive to stay there.

I gave one wristband to my young niece as a "souvineer (returning the other 6) and was charged $10. I guess I should have said that I lost it in the ocean while swimming maybe I wouldn't have been charged!
