We always enjoy our stay at Summerwind

We were disappointed that no one contacted us to let us know a cable guy let himself into our unit! My daughter was very uncomfortable when she entered alone with him in our unit! We should have been notified ?

Any issue we had was addressed promptly. Very nice stay at summerwind

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in 502 W. Every thing was easy from check in to check out. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for a great week in beautiful Navarre.

We enjoyed the security and the how clean everything was from the rooms to the pool! The attention to make sure we had what we needed was great! The only thing that was a little aggravating was navigating the television/cable, but sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves made up for that. We will put you on the top of the list the next time and recommend to others! Thank you!

The property was amazing. The location was phenomenal - and we had an amazing trip! The condo was clean and tidy. Worked great for what we needed it for. We loved the balcony and watching the dolphins swim and jump right out in front of us. The beach was beautiful with powdery white sand. The area was great - not overly touristy. Would definitely stay here again.

Every thing good ! I wished I could stay longer! I love the bonus guest room with bunker bed! Kitchen ware good, it gonna be great if have steamer! Love the view from balcony! Easy to check in and out, really convenient! But have to wear the band for the beach, I know it for security but it not really comfortable! I would like to come back!

All in all we enjoyed our stay in Shark Bite condo. The view is fantastic and the condo is nicely furnished. The master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable & the one bed in the other room was quite noisy, but again overall everything was fine. Great location, beautiful view. It would be nice if they provided an extra roll of toilet paper per bath & another paper towel. Just the little things make a big difference. We have been to Navarre numerous times & plan on returning again next year. Hopefully, next time, there will not be double red flags almost every day! We still enjoyed the air museum, Pensacola Beach, Gulfarium & went to several of our favorite restaurants! Can't wait to return!

The ladies in the office were amazing and great at their job. We had a complicated arrangement and they made it a breeze for us!

I've stayed at four different properties at Summerwind and have enjoyed all but one and it wasn't with Navarre Properties. I will only rent through them in the future.
They are more than a corporate office. They are caring human beings. I will never forget how kind they were to me when I had to leave because my brother passed at home.

We come to Navarre for the first time last year and we stayed in The Summerwinds Condos! We fell in love with it so we decided to come back and stay here this year too! It's so easy to book your condo on this website! We decided to make the Summerwind Condos in Navarre our vacation spot every year now! It's so clean and well maintained! We would recommend this place to everyone! It's amazing! Well, until next year! We cant wait!

We only had one major issue during our stay and that was our dishwasher had to be replaced. It took a few days, but it was done. The maintenance guys who removed the old one and installed the new one were very considerate, friendly, and efficient.

SW502 W is in a great location, it is spacious and well kept!

Enjoyed the stay, the pool was nice and overall the property is great. You have no control over the gulf but I was sad to see all of the grass in the water, kept hoping it would clear up but it didn't.

The team was great, we had little hiccup with the A/C, but the Navarre staff alerted us as quickly as possible and had it fixed in a timely manner.

Definitely coming back. I visited may rooms at Summerwind since we had many friends there with us and 502W was by far the best.

The property is always very clean and maintained. We had to call on the staff for a couple of small issues at the condo but they were there very timely, fixed the problem and were very helpful and friendly.
This is our 2nd visit to this same property. The staff at the front desk were great, the maintenance and security were very friendly.

Everything was wonderful and we absolutely loved our condo!! The only complaint we had was on check out day the cleaning person tried to come in at 7a.m. We were not ready to leave that early and had to tell her that we were still there. She then returned at 9a.m. asking if we were leaving. She stayed outside our door while we packed up. We felt rushed to get out.

Everything was great! We could have used a few extra towels since we had 9 people and only 6 towels to share. Dryer needs to he checked. It took forever to dry anything. Even just a few towels or clothes took at least 3 cycles.

We absolutely loved Navarre Beach. I loved the pier, I went to the pier everyday just to see the catch of the day, and to see what might be swimming around. I loved gathering seashells. I found a sharks tooth. That was like finding gold to me.;;)) I will be back and can't wait to take family and friends with me. I also loved the fact that Pensacola and Destin is so close.. love, love, loved it..

We enjoyed the relaxing week we had st Summerwind! We were not ready to leave! Next time we will have to book two weeks!! We loved the ocean, pool, stand up shower was very convenient, our room at 502W was absolutely the best! I can not wait to come back next summer!

Condo was good. Guest above us was rude, drunk and threw stuff off balcony like beer cans, pickles and water on us. Didnt like the younger group above us.

It was great. Only confusion for me was the availability of the chairs on the beach. Some vacationers stated it was included in their package; I had assumed mine were not. Seemed just a little pricey; I needed 3, not 2, so was told I had to pay for 4 - but yet couldn't move them closer together. Only there a short while (long weekend) so didn't pursue more info. Would want to understand this for next time.

Everything was basically good except the dryer did not work well so we couldn't dry our clothes. The maintenance man was unable to fix it - said it was a plumbing issue and left. It was never fixed while we were there.

Quiet. Great balcony. Air conditioner worked.
