Summerwind 502E – Tequila Sunrise

The condo was just as it appears in the photos. Well equipped and perfect for the 2 of us, though was room for 6. We enjoyed the lanai morning sun.

Had a wonderful time! The unit was in great shape and everything was in working order. The only complaint we have is the bed...it was WAY too soft! I had to sleep on the couch every night. If the bed wasn't so soft, I would have given 5 stars!

This was our first time staying at Summerwind Resort. The condominium and resort couldn't have been more perfect for a much needed, last minute, getaway! Beautiful view, very clean, and a very comfortable king bed. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier, Sincerest thanks to all!

We spent 11 days in Summerwind 502E. It has an amazing view! Best Beach Getaways and Tracy did an impressive job with communications, ease of checking in and having the unit ready for us. The unit has a newer LR floor, beautiful paint and baseboards. Addition upgrades will be needed in the future. The location to the Pier and several bars/restaurants is ideal. The ocean is connected to the property with walkways and one of the pools was still heated in March. A very relaxing vacation spot!

The management folks were great, shout out to Tracy! The bed was very comfortable. Booking and access was easy.

Clean and well maintained

A few days before our trip to Florida, we usually receive an email reminder of what we should bring from your office. In that email explain what we should put down for a mailing address if we want to have our mail forward to your location.
Members of your team did their best to help us.

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend safety features in the bathroom, I.e. hand rails in bath tub and nonslip strilps in tub to prevent falls. Would also prefer leather furniture since it would be easier to keep clean.

I loved every bit of our stay there. The first night after arriving, we walked on the beach at midnight, looked at the stars laying on the sand and took photos of the Milky Way (can't do this at home as we live in a metro area with too much light pollution). Felt safe at all times, even at night on the beach. Then we enjoyed the white sand and hot sun during the day; the ocean water was warm and just sooo good. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The best part was to be able to walk to the beach directly and to see the sea and the pier from the balcony. The sunrise on the east side, also visible from the balcony, was fantastic -- simply magical. Thanks for everything.
I checked in late and checked out early, so my only contact with the team was the day after I arrived to sign the paperwork. The person who helped me was courteous and took the time to answer my questions. Very professional.

Loved the view and the location! If property was a little more updated we would probably come back many times. Will probably try a different unit at same location next time.

We really liked it, it was close to the restaurant and the pier. My husband didn't like the elevators - I wear earplugs so I didn't hear them.
They were exceptional - we had a water leak and someone came as soon as they could.

Our stay at Summerwinds was too short. Loved the unit and the property. The unit was very spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Most definitely will stay at Summerwinds again. If I had to make a negative comment it would be on me that we did not stay long enough!
My experience was quick and painless. Called at the last minute asked for what we wanted and it was reserved. Could not have been any easier. Thank you!

Everything was perfect except the shower wasn't draining properly but we called and within 30 min. it was fixed. We loved our stay it was everything we wanted.

Condo was nice & clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn't have any problems with the dishwasher, washer or dryer. The pier was in walking distance, which was great for my husband who fished every morning. I enjoyed reading a book on the balcony in the morning. The view is so beautiful & peaceful. Also, enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night & listening to music from local bar that's next door. We had a great visit & we will be back!

The property that we stayed in while visiting Navarre was great. It was well taken care of and was in excelled condition. The kitchen was stocked with whatever I needed to use and the rest of the property was very clean. My family and I had a great stay and will be visiting this property again.
