Summerwind 303E – SeaDuced

We enjoyed our stay at our rental unit. Everything was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The pools were cleaned every day. The beach was very nice and clean. We were right next door to the fishing pier which I recommend to anyone to go and watch people fishing, it was a fun thing to do. We walked to several restaurants near us and on Wednesday we drove to Fort Pickens to watch the Navy’s Blue Angels practice. I highly recommend this unit or complex to everyone looking for a place to go and enjoy the beach. There’s also snorkeling near by.

We were very happy with this condo and with the customer service from Best Beach Getaways. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. Condo is a great location and has a nice view of the ocean. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable and clean. Would stay again! Thank you for a great experience.

I have lost track of how many times I've stayed in this condo. It's always clean and well appointed. Ans beautiful view of the beach and the pier. Will definitely be returning!

This is our go to vacation place. I only wish you would allow trailers on the lot. It could even be done for an extra charge. The resort is always clean outside.

We loved your vacation rental. First time bring in Navarre. And definitely will return. My only complaint was someone around our condo was smoking on their balcony. I kept getting the smell of it. Also someone close was smoking pot. But other than that it was the perfect getaway.

303E is a wonderful place to stay. We are a family of four and this fits our needs perfectly. This was our family’s second time in this unit and we will continue to come back.

Would highly recommend Inn at Summerwind to anyone. The owner includes chairs an umbrella and table with the condo. That is such a nice extra thing that comes with 303E.

The unit is clean, well-stocked with anything you might need to enjoy your stay. Having two beach chairs included was convenient to avoid having to carry lots of items to the beach. Communication with the property managers and owner was great!

It was so nice to get away from reality and enjoy the beauty of this property and area.

This condo was fully equipped with all the amenities of home from a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, casserole dishes, cooking utensils of all sorts, etc) tons of movies, and even things like a fan, noise makers, boogie boards, and free chair/paddleboard rental daily. Very clean a d spacious as well. The owners of this condo thought of everything to make sure you had all you needed for a great stay.
We did not have any actual contact with staff while checking in or out as it was done electronically. However, we did have contact with maintenance staff on the property and a visit by them to do some routine upkeep. They were very courteous, friendly, and never were intrusive at all.

The Summerwind East property is very well maintained. I enjoyed watching the maintenance team taking care of the pool and surrounding area while having my early morning coffee on the balcony! Thanks to all who made our stay very pleasant and relaxing.
Reserving a condo was very easy and pleasant. The personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pictures of the condo is exactly what the condo looked like when we arrived. So thankful that Navarre Properties keep up to date on the condition of each condo
SW 303E was very clean and the furnishings were clean! It was relaxing and homey.

Beautiful property w/ 3 pools and hot tubs, so the crowds were not bad! Very clean room with all the amenities needed for our family.

The reservation, check-in, check-out, and overall stay was the easiest we have ever experienced. Everything was explained to us, so we knew what to expect when we arrived. The property was so breath taking. The views, and access to the beach were great. We are so glad we choose this area to stay in and we will definitely be back soon... Our stay was AMAZING.
The staff here were very informative about our total process. Very professional and courteous.

Relaxing weekend. Only thing that could have been better was info about the condos location just over the pool area. It was quite loud. To be expected. If I had known before I would have requested another location. In the future I will be sure to ask. Wasn't a huge problem but it was loud.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was super clean and the service and staff were all great. We have been to Destin, Gulf shores, and Ft Walton in the past and Navarre was by far our favorite!! The beach was gorgeous and it was not as crowded as other beaches. The owner of the condo was super nice. I have not 1 negative thing to say about the condo, service, or the beach!

The property was very nice. You couldn't be the view! Unfortunately The weather was uncooperative and too cold to really enjoy the beach area, which was the primary reason for visiting. Just some bad luck for us. If it had been warm we would haves loved everything about our stay at Navarre Beach.

It was very restful. My husband and I have very demanding jobs and work long hours. This was the perfect place to relax and reconnect. The condo had everything we needed, so we could just enjoy the view and the weather

The condo was great. It had everything you would need in the condo. The owners even gave us a gift card to eat at one of the restaurants there in Navarra. Loved the Bay in the front of the condo and the Ocean in the back. The only draw back to the condo was is that the bedroom window is next to the elevator and you can hear it being used when you are trying to go to sleep. I would not call that a deal breaker though. We look forward to visiting there again soon.

We enjoyed our stay despite all the obstacles and issues going on. Would have been great to use the pool and spa at our building. Also the workers going up and down and working on our balcony did not afford the privacy we would have liked to have but we understand the construction on the railings needed to be done...
No issues and all questions answered well.

We have never seen beautiful green water with white sand. The National Seashore was breathtaking!
