The Inn at Summerwind 204E is a warmly decorated beachfront condo. Summerwind is the place we stay when we visit Navarre Beach. I'd been to Navarre Beach several times while growing up, so I suggested it to my husband when we were deciding on a location for our honeymoon. We booked at Summerwind, and we've stayed every year (minus 2020) since. I do not plan to book with any other property for our vacations. We think of Summerwind as our home away from home.
My experience with Navarre Properties has always been excellent. In 2020, when we cancelled our trip, each person I spoke with about it was friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question about booking or payments, I'm always met with a knowledgable, polite team member.

We have been coming to the Florida panhandle beaches for 30 years, and this was our best trip so far. The view and the easy access to the beach from this unit were perfect. The condo is very well built, and it felt very roomy. We love Navarre- the traffic is not a problem, and grocery shopping is very convenient. Being next to the pier is a big plus- you can walk out for a dollar. We will definitely strive to rent this unit for our next trip.

Our condo was well supplied with utensils, etc, and even had a Keurig machine. The overall furnishings and decorations in our condo made it feel very high end. We will be returning to 204e.
Or was a very smooth check in and check out. The fact that I didn't have to have a lot of interaction with team members days a lot. There were no issues.

The Summerwind is a wonderful property. The location is great! I've stayed there many times in the past and will continue to stay there during future visits. Every condo I've stayed in was lovely! And, the beach is gorgeous!
The man at the front desk, that checked us in was incredibly helpful. We were unable to get the deck door open and he came and opened it for us.
