Summerwind 1203E – Ocean Devotion

Unit was very clean and functional. The garbage disposal didn’t work but when I reported it, they had it fixed immediately. Only giving 4 stars because it could use some technology upgrades. Roku devices, bigger tv in bedroom.

Loved our stay. Best Beach Getaways was easy to work with and made getting in to our place easy. It was clean, comfortable. We loved sitting on balcony when not on the beach. We didn't watch much TV but that eiuld be our negative in that the lr tv we could only get one channel.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Summerwind condos "Ocean Devotion" (1203E). Amply supplied with everything we needed and then some. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with comfortable balcony height chairs. Bed was comfortable and the building quiet. Would stay here again.

Loved the location of this condo! Close to restaurants and beach! The unit was clean and had plenty of towels and other items for use.

Second time we have stayed at the summerwind. We will definitely be back.

I loved this property! Right on the beach, very clean and spacious, and exactly what we needed. The check in process was seamless as well as checkout.
They communicated well via email every step of the way and was very responsive when I had questions.

Everything about our vacation, our stay and the staff was awesome. We were actually sad leaving to go home.

All in all it was fine no issues. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Probably would have been a bit crowded if 6 people would have stayed (which is what is advertised).
The team was exceptional, answered every question I had so very nice.

The condo and grounds were beautiful. Everything was well taken care of.

From the friendliest staff ever, to the gorgeous white beaches, and crystal clear water, and a very well maintained property what's not to love? We have loved our experience so much that we are looking into purchasing a condo here and are in love with Navarre!
Honestly, they went above and beyond. We had to switch our properties and they were amazing at handling that. Then they called us proactively on our drive down to touch base and let us know our condo was ready in advance. And when we had an issue with smokers smoking on all the surrounding balconies they were gracious enough to handle it. Friendliest staff ever!

The only thing we had a problem with was the smell of cigarette smoke & POT kept drifting in while we would set on the balcony. We believe it was coming from the floor right above us and one condo to the west (possibly 1304-E). We would have to go inside when we smelled it. We were under the impression that the entire building was smoke free. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. That was no fault of the property management and we really are not "completely" certain it was coming from the above said condo. This was the reason we did not report it, but it was close enough to us to get the full smell of the smoke and would have to go inside and shut the sliding door- whomever or wherever it was.
Everything was in order and ready when we checked in. It was a perfect stay.
