Entering 1103 in the center tower at the Summerwind Resort will make you say “Oh Whale” to your worries as you let them float away in the Gulf of Mexico. The first room on your right, has a set of bunks and it's own TV, making it perfect for any little ones you have with you. As you make your way down the hallway, you will encounter the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as the second guest bedroom with the two double beds, and a flat screen as well. This room has its own access to the hall bathroom complete with a shower / tub combo. Enjoy the view from the kitchen, dining room and living room before heading to the master bedroom. The master is exactly what you'd need from a gulf front bedroom: Comfortable King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, balcony access and a gorgeous view. The ensuite master bathroom features a shower / tub combo, and a double vanity. There is seating for up to 6 guests in the dining room, although the living room is certainly where you will most likely spend your most time in this unit, because of the view. Summerwind Resort is beautiful complex, with a great location, and breathtaking views! Our condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a great stay! The staff that cares for the buildings and grounds are the absolute BEST! They are super friendly, always a pleasure to talk with, and quick to help with anything we needed.
From making reservations to checking out, the Navarre Properties staff was first rate! Good communication prior to arrival, with check-in information, things to do during our visit, and when we needed anything during our stay, they were quick to take care of it. Highly recommend!

Love the location of Summerwinds! Loved the hot tubs and great beach access. Again, Melissa, Mara, and Ashley were the BEST!! Always checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Met great people staying there and have created several lasting friendships over the last couple of years.
All staff were always super friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
