Summerwind 1102C- Knot a Care

This was easily the cleanest and best well stocked rental property (Airbnb, VRBO, etc) we have ever stayed at. It was just as described, with incredible Gulf views, right off the elevators (there were two and both were fast), three pools and hot tubs on property, and easy Beach access with boardwalk, showers and security for safety. The two chairs and umbrella included were such a nice premium and we would absolutely stay again. Great communication from the property group and they checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were happy.

We have vacationed at Summerwind for many years. We love the Navarre area, and we appreciate the amenties available at this resort. Unit 1102C was really beautiful. We loved the updated finishes. The master shower was SO NICE! We would happily return to this unit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our first time utilizing a condo stay during a vacation, and I don’t think we’ll go back to hotels! This condo was wonderful, the staff were available for anything we needed, and the location was perfect! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

This condo was super clean, and well-appointed with linens, towels, plenty of kitchen utensils. I appreciated the call from the front desk the day after we checked in, asking if we needed anything and if everything was to our satisfaction. The elevators were clean and fast and the pool and grounds well-kept. I have already booked for next summer.

It was an experience riding out a Cat 2 hurricane. We were fully prepared with water, food, flashlights, etc. Because of the storm's crazy track we really did not expect it to be as bad as it was. I believe we would have evaluated if not for your notice saying it would be safer to stay, rather than drive through the storm, staying was the right call. We felt safe in our unit and except for some water that blew in through the slider, we were not affected at all.
My only suggestion would be information in the unit about what to do in the event of a hurricane. This might include reminders about being well stocked with food and water, where to park your vehicle to avoid flooding!damage, etc. . We have been coming to Navarre Beach for 31 years and we will be back. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Navarre/Santa Rosa community as they go through clean up and recovery.
After the hurricane passed, I was impressed how quickly the unit was inspected and property clean-up was begun.

Beautiful condo, perfectly suited for our family. We enjoyed the location, amenities, and felt very comfortable in the space. We look forward to returning soon.

The property was spotless upon check in. The Kitchen and appliances worked perfectly for our group and made the meal preps enjoyable. The living area was adequate and the balcony was very enjoyable for an early morning cup of coffee - what a view! We had a very enjoyable stay!
Our stay was one of the least complicated set up I've ever had. The few times I called the attendant picked up with just a short wait and answered all my questions. For check in it went just as described; we got a call about an hour early to the posted time that the property would be ready and it was just as we were leaving Fort Walton Beach airport. The coded pass entry system via email was much better that bothering with a set of keys. Excellent process!

Everything was perfect for us. Check in was super easy, the location was great and our unit was fabulous. The weather cooperated and we had a wonderful time.
We didn't interact too much with the staff, but Ben and Isaiah(?) were very helpful when I called.

I did not like that you would allow someone else that was staying in our unit permission to check in when they where not the ones on the lease nor the ones paying.
I think only the person who paid should be allow to check in.
