This three-bedroom three-bathroom condo offers everything you need to enjoy your Navarre Beach vacation. Sandtastic is situated on the 10th floor and offers tremendous views of the prestigious Gulf of Mexico. Recently updated, and fitted with granite countertops and fully stocked, the kitchen is fit for a king. In the living room you will find comfortable beach themed décor and a beautifully mounted flat screen TV to enjoy when your day at the beach is over. The incredible view of the Gulf extends to the master bedroom with easy balcony access. The master bedroom is fitted with a king mattress and another mounted flat screen TV providing an astounding viewing experience. In the master bath you will find a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. In the first guest bedroom there is a queen bed and recently updated flooring. I was very impressed with our condo! It was very clean and had enough space for the 7 of us on vacation. Navarre Beach was absolutely gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. The VIEW, breathtaking! I loved waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee with the gorgeous view as the sun rose. Thank you so much for the clean and comfortable condo!

Excellent condo for our family vacation! We always stat at the Summerwinds, we come down to Navarre 4 times a year and will always choose a condo there. Everything is perfect for a vacation getaway. We enjoyed our stay and we were pleased with the condo. We had trouble figuring out our dishwasher and they were there quickly to help! Error on our end lol! He also fixed the clogged tub drain while he was there! Nice condo!

They need to put dressers or drawers in the front two bedrooms for guests to use. Also need to put blackout curtains in the front bedroom to keep the light from the hallway out. All in all our stay was wonderful! Plan on returning next year.
Great. Condo was very nice. Beach was beautiful. Easy to deal with. Nice condo just wish both elevators were working.

Condo was as presented; very clean, warm and kitchen items were great. Views from the condo are amazing. We loved the property layout and felt very safe. Staff and guests were very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile.


Engaged with staff by phone and in the halls, everyone very helpful and always presenting with a smile. Customer service of highest standards in all engagements.

The security presence was 100% and much appreciated. Security staff were very personable to guests as they double checked resort bands. Engaging with guests and their children was positive and very natural.

We look forward to planning a return visit to Summerwinds Resort.

Enjoyed everything. Could have used a few more bath towels and a rug in front of balcony doors.
Property was well stocked with everything you may need. Clean.
The unit we originally booked sold. The staff emailed us immediately and we were able to book different unit for the same time.

We have stayed in various Summerwind condos throughout the years, and 1004W is by far among the best, esp the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with absolutely everything we needed.
Our only interaction with team members was to locate a key to the fitness center which was not included in our welcome package. They were helpful and provided the key.
