Summerwind 1004E – Just Beachy

The condo was great. The view was great. I’m looking to stay again next year probably a little bit later in the same month.

Clean and convenient condo. We loved that it was next to the pier with a couple of nearby restaurants. It was nice to have built in bunks for the kids. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short distance to the beach and had a nice boardwalk access and pools.

Our stay was very relaxing and quiet.
The communication is always clear and cordial.

We will definitely be back to stay here. Clean condo and nicely furnished. Elevators were fast and no issues. I would recommend darker curtains in the bedroom to keep out light. Everything was clean and nice.
Knowledgeable and prompt. One of the nicest, cleanest condos we have stayed in for awhile. Anytime we had any questions they were answered promptly.

High enough to spy sea life in the surf, and close to the pier. The place is decorated very nicely, and was very clean, and has plenty on room. And I really liked how the bathrooms were laid out.

It was a nice condo with a great view. Easy check in and out. Great for my husband and I.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. It's nice if you have a problem or questions, they are right in sight.

We had trouble with the televisions in our unit. Neither tv worked initially. We called the office and someone came and got them both working. The following day the main tv didn't work again. We made another call and again a team member got the tv going and mentioned that the tv needed to be replaced. I asked if we would be compensated in some way for our inconvenience and was told a call would be made to the owners. I have not heard anything back at this time. Also the washer in the unit took an extremely long time to wash a load of clothes and was very noisy. I did not report it during our stay because it did work, but thought you all should be made aware of this for future guests.

We have been coming to Summerwind every year for the past six years. Love this group of condos.
It is a nice, clean, comfortable condo
Was not pleased with security. Made me leave the pool area. My daughter had her band on, I did not, but clearly we were together and was told I had to leave.

Booking online was extremely easy. No hassles and was told when I would be charged and how much. No hidden fees.
Condo was clean and had a great balcony view. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend summerwind condominiums for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking view.
We had told the front desk about the patio door lock needing maintenance and they said they would send someone the next day and never came while we were there which was at least 3 days later.

The Condo was very nice. Had everything you need for your stay. We will be back next year, and we will stay again in 1004, if possible. Can't wait!!!!
