This Condo has wonderful ocean views from the Living Room, Master Bedroom, Kitchen and Dining Area. Balcony is large enough for everyone to stretch out and relax on while watching the dolphins swim by.
Master Bedroom has King-size bed and has sliding glass door with easy access to balcony and panoramic ocean views.
The large Second Bedroom has a Queen-size Bed, TV, ceiling fan and window. This Bedroom has access to a Full-size Bathroom, which is also accessible from hallway.
Large open plan Living Room area has pull out Queen-size Sleeper Sofa for extra overnight guests. Relax with plenty of seating space and watch the ocean roll by or enjoy the 36 inch TV and DVD/VCR.

We loved our stay at Summerlin 205. The condo had everything you could need besides a crockpot. The island in the kitchen is so big, it made prepping dinners and lunch so easy. The big balcony gave us an amazing view, the pool was always pristine and the beds super comfortable! I wish I knew where they got the pillows! We would absolutely stay here again!

Our condo was terrific! For comfort there is an elevator. The roomy balcony faces the beach and is a few easy steps to your day in the sun. Beach service of two chairs and an umbrella are included. There are no large crowds. The apartment was clean and looked as it did in photos. There are plenty of places to eat and also in nearby communities. Our family of three were very comfortable and the place is quiet with respectful privacy. Thanks to a kind Mike who made sure were checked out on time. We will surely be returning for future vacations!

I would recommend staying at your condos to others. This was our first time renting a condo. It was great having a place to prepare meals and complete our laundry. The beds were comfortable. The condo provided beach chairs and many nice appliances.

The condo was clean except the glass sliding door was very dirty. The frying pans were quite worn.
The condo was located near attractions and had a beautiful beach. Quiet area.

The best condo we have ever stayed in on any trip we've taken to anywhere in Florida. The room was gorgeous, it was very spacious, and had the absolute best view. We were greeted by dolphins every morning and it was only a couple miles away from Destin. We will for sure be back.

The Summerlin property is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Our condo was spacious, comfortably furnished, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We used the pool only a couple of times, but the pool area was kept clean and the water was warm. We did have a minor repair issue, but the property managers responded promptly to fix the problem, and then checked back with us to make sure all was well. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay. We hope to return again soon.
