Located less than a half a mile from Pier Park and all it has to offer for entertainment and shopping.

I enjoyed my stay at Sterling Breeze Unit 307. The location was great and the unit was perfect. There was plenty of room and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay again.

Great condo! It is especially nice for two families since there is a section that can be closed off for privacy. Condo was clean and well furnished. Parking was easy and staff was friendly. We have stayed at Sterling Breeze several times and this will always be our "go to" when visiting PCB.

The accommodations were great. The only drawback to the whole week was that one of Sterling Breeze's elevators were down all week - and had been down a week prior. Luckily we were on the third floor and could use the steps. Otherwise, there was definitely a wait on the elevators. Having said that, the pool was refreshing, it was only steps to the beach and the bar/tiki area was great.

I would definitely recommend, but I would have liked to know that Best Beach Getaways had more influence on getting the elevators back in service. Absolutely no reason to have an elevator down the entire week.

Loved Condo and location! Condo was very clean and roomy and only a short walk to Pier Park. Great view for the fireworks show! Slow elevators were a little frustrating.

Great property and amenities! Kitchen had a blender for our cocktails, and a crockpot from the side kitchen for supper to be ready when we got off the beach!
Bar and grill down on the patio was handy and polite. Beach chair cabana boys were awesome! Smooth check in. Beds were so comfy! . Local joints right down the road. We rented a car but could have walked to the pier shopping. Be prepared for 1 hour wait time to get into Margaritaville.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo had everything we needed & the pictures online give a great representation of the condo! The view from the 3rd floor, LARGE BALCONY, was outstanding & unobstructed except for a beautiful palm tree that topped out at the balcony but gave a nice addition for sunrise/sunset pictures;)

We will certainly check to see if this exact unit is available for our next trip!
