S Beach service included during season! 306 Sterling Breeze is a 2 bedroom + bunk nook, 3 full bath condominium (sleeping 8) featuring hardwood and tile floors throughout (carpet free for those of us with allergies). A lower floor condo with a great layout and a large balcony make this a condo you will return to year after year.  In case the weather is not as planned, the owner has also provided several books and board games for your family to enjoy.  Both the living room and gulf front master suite have direct access to the balcony and amazing views of the gulf. NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass. Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required.
