This brand-new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home is located in Prominence on 30A, the newest part of the Watersound community. From the front porch swing that will be your spot for an afternoon siesta to the second floor deck that overlooks the newest oversize community pool as well as one of the community’s many greenspaces, Stella Mar offers your family a stunningly beautiful spot for a memorable vacation. The location is perfect. Not only is it close to the pool but it’s a five minute walk to the HUB where you and the family can grab lunch, dinner, or just some ice cream treats after a great day at the beach. With everything from Disney movies to live concerts, you’ll find yourself wandering there often throughout your stay. Prominence Community does not offer direct beach access. The garage holds an assortment of bikes and beach gear. There’s parking for either two SUVs or three small cars. No street parking. It’s against the rules.

All that’s just the beginning of what makes Stella Mar so special. The décor is stunning. There’s a great laid back coastal feel to everything. You’ll want to take pictures so that you can add some of the décor to your own home.

-Second floor has two bedrooms that share a bath and a combination tub/shower. One with a Queen bed and a 42” SMART TV. The other features kid friendly full size bunks and a 42” SMART TV.

Prominence on 30A attracts families looking to experience the unique 30A attractions along our beautiful white beaches. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths, a beautiful town center, resort style pools, fitness center and private tram service to the beaches of 30A.The Hub features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east.

Prominence 30A Beach Access Guide EastGulf Lakes 8040 E. County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32413 Gulf Lakes access is about 0.5 miles to the East of Prominence. This is Walton County Public Beach Access #7.

Sea Breeze is about 0.8 miles to the East of Prominence. This is Walton County Public Beach Access #6. This access is located just pass Gulf Lakes, beside the Mistral Condominiums.

WestDeer Lake State Park 6350 E. County Road 30-A, Santa Rosa, FL 32459 Deer Lake is approx. 0.6 miles West of Prominence.

Walton Dunes 308 Beachfront Trail, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Walton Dunes is a public beach access approx. 2 miles West of Prominence, at the end of Beachfront Trail.

Stella Mar house was beautiful! The community was awesome and my kids loved the golf cart. You guys thought of everything. The only hiccups were that the gas grill was dirty so we had to clean it but then it ran out of propane right when we were about to start grilling. We ended up cooking inside but no big deal because your kitchen was immense & well stocked with the utensils we needed. Tighten the kitchen sink faucet and it’s a perfect house! Highly recommend it!

We loved staying at this peaceful, clean, well equipped home. It had everything we needed for a serene family vacation. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The neighborhood was family friendly and very walkable into the evening. The front, back and upstairs porches were shaded with comfortable furniture and a nice breeze (no bugs!). The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals. If you do not want to cook, walk/golf cart 5 mins to the HUB for variety of food and drink options (boutiques, bike rentals, coffee shop too). There are also weekend events at the HUB on the big stage (movies, family events). You can even golf cart to a few restaurants located on the mail roads. Two pools: one which is steps from the house, the 2nd pool is across main road which you may access via car or the provided golf cart (easy). We had no issues driving the golf cart on the main roads. Things to think about: 1. review the beach accesses that other reviews and the rental provide. We accessed the beach (Walton access 5-10 mins away) via golf cart which was easy with small children and the abundance of beach chairs/toys, umbrellas, beach accessories the house provides. The house provides bikes (2 adult, 1 child) which gives you more options since many of the accesses are mostly bike parking, some golf cart parking but little car parking (Walton has a good space for cars). We knew this coming in and we were not bothered by it. 2. Grocery stores are 15 mins away and there is a lot of traffic in the afternoons so plan accordingly. 3. Get to the beaches early to get a space near the water. If you are ok with not being right on the beach I would highly recommend this lovely and comfortable home.

My family had such an enjoyable getaway renting a home in Watersound - Stella Mar!! Such a relaxing time to actually spend quality family time in a beautiful home with a golf cart & bikes provided!! The beach and all the accommodations are within either easy walking, riding or driving distance!! We highly recommended this house!
