Lovely townhouse.. rather small perfect for husband and I. Everything you need is there nicely decorated. The beach which is why we are there right now… perfect easy access private beach great views from the condo. Note the neighbors staying beside you use the same access 4 does and they walk right in front of your patio kinda weird but we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we really enjoyed the condo. Just the right size for 2! I always look for a condo with living and bedroom Oceanside and a one bedroom is very hard to find so this was perfect. The weather was nice enough we could turn off the AC and open the patio door with a screen in the bedroom and sleep to the sound of the ocean. Heaven!!
The only issues we really had were the TV downstairs quit working properly toward the end of our stay but there was another one upstairs so it worked out. And the WiFi didn’t work very well. But I would definitely stay here again and may if we return next year.

We had no issues. Easy access to the beach. The best part of the rental was the views and being able to listen to the ocean.

My husband & I hosted a family vacation in Navarre Beach, so I reserved this townhome for our daughter & son-in-law who are from Los Angeles and they were delighted with it! They loved the charming retro decor, enjoyed the views from the beachfront decks and being able to walk right out onto the beach. Everything appeared brand new, nicely furnished, and clean. They also liked being able to park right at the entrance to the unit. Made my kids happy, so made me happy too! And the mgmt. staff were so kind, hospitable, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay -- which we really appreciated.

I really dislike leaving reviews because I have a business and sometimes reviews are misleading. We enjoyed staying at the Navarre Beach location. Everything worked. Everything was nice. Everything was clean.
The only issue that we had was the beaches were not clean from all the seaweed that built up throughout the week. I realize we cannot control the weather, but the seaweed on the beach can be controlled when you spend that kind of money to stay someplace nice you like to walk out on a nice beach, otherwise it was all good !?

I loved the property! I loved the fact it was small and quaint. I loved that we basically had the beach front to ourselves, other than the other guests that stayed there. Already looking for next years visit!

I loved this condo! It was steps away from the boardwalk which led directly to the beach. The unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. It's a great complex with only 6 or 7 units. I'll definitely be back to this unit in the future.

It's a wonderful unit with awesome beach access and wonderful amenities. We can't wait to return!
We called the office twice and each time the person taking the call was responsive, courteous and motivated to meet our needs. Very, very professional.

Well kept property, location and price point

The views were amazing, the decor in the until was beautiful.. the bed was comfortable. But let's talk about the cleanliness of the unit !! Unbelievable I don't know who you have cleaning that unit but you should hang on to them .. it was so clean I walked around barefoot in the whole house and my feet did not get dirty from the floors. That day a lot we have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals along the gulf . I have never had my feet be clean after walking in the floors .. the whole place was clean and smelled so fresh and clean . We had a great time even though it rained almost the whole time.only 1 thing I would suggest is putting and window covering on the bathroom window upstairs for privacy when getting out of shower.thanks for everything we will definitely be back!!

I only spoke with one person & that was on the day of check in & she was very nice & thorough in her instructions of checking in, I did everything else online.

It was lovely! We loved the location on the water.
I was treated with respect. The staff clearly wanted to serve the guests in their properties and make sure they enjoyed their time in Navarre. We've been coming to Navarre the last 15 years. Navarre is the best for a relaxing beach vacation because you know good customer service makes people come back.

Being concerned about Covid, we were happy to open the door and smell Lysol and bleach. Everything had been thoroughly cleaned. It was the cutest little efficiency Townhouse anyone could wish for. I especially loved the bed and the shower.
Isaiah was the bomb! I did receive follow up emails from Derek! The phone call with our code to allow us to check in was very timely!

The Navarre Properties is an awesome place to stay while visiting in Navarre, FL. Their units are made to make you feel like you are at home.

we arrived very late at night, and the after hours check in was a breeze.

There are a couple things that need to be addressed in this unit. The vents in the ceiling upstairs need cleaned or chsnged, they are not pleasant to look at, the toilet in the half bath the water continually ran in the bowl, it needs a new sink stopper that will hold the water in the sink and they really need to replace the couch. These are all minor fixes

I really enjoyed relaxing on the deck and balcony.
The online staff, check in staff were great and took care of us of very promptly, they were very helpful and friendly.

If only we could bring our two little 9 lb. dogs, it would be perfect! We are looking into property for next year so we can bring them and we could stay longer.
They were always pleasant and knowledgeable. We arrived when they were just leaving and they booted up the computer and pleasantly took care of us.
