Welcome to the newly remodeled Seychelles 901

Our condo is a three-bedroom two bath beach residence great for a large party because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the wraparound balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we’re enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a really nice look that creates the feel of home at the beach. Beach service also included during season!!

We also wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests. In fact, we’ve purchased beach service so that our guests can enjoy the beach without having to lug chairs and an umbrella to the beach. Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive which makes it close to lots of the family activities available in Panama City Beach, but it’s far enough away that you won’t have to deal with lots of traffic. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment.

Very nice unit. Some of the appliances (coffee maker) are old but still work nicely. The bedroom furniture is kind of crammed into the master (one side doesn't have a beside lamp/sideboard because the bed is too big). There is really no place to sit down in the master bedroom and put on socks.... But , if you want a nice place to stay at the beach this place fits the bill.

We had a good vacation. The weather did not cooperate, but we still enjoyed our stay. The only real negative was that the hot tub was out-of-order for all but the last full day.

My family & I stayed the week of July 11th-18th. The condo was exactly what was pictured & super clean! Parking was great! And no issues with the elevators! The location was perfect!! Close to everything but far enough away from the crowds! The beach was not crowded & perfect! We will be coming back!

The condo was spotless, appliances and furniture were very nice. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything I needed to cook for the 6 of us. View was unreal with all the windows. Wrap around balcony was a nice plus. The property management company of the complex is doing a good job with all the exterior areas. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful unit at Seychelles. The furnishings were even nicer than the pictures, everything was very clean and comfortable. We love this quieter end of the beach and being right beside Schooners, our favorite beach side restaurant. We would definitely rent here again.

We have stayed at Seychelles several years and this is the best condo so far. It has been updated with high end flooring and appliances. I did not check on a second parking spot before our trip so we had a small issue with that since we arrived on Sunday. Two very minor issues with the iron not working and the k pod part of coffee maker hard to use. Everything else was wonderful!

Despite the weather for the first half of our stay, we really enjoyed this condo. 9th floor, tons of windows, very spacious, nicely updated, sweeping views. Quiet complex with great restaurant right next door. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive maintenance crew.
