This home is a short 5 minute walk from access to some of the most beautiful stretch of beach you will ever see. Your accommodations features an open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining, and kitchen area plus a guest Queen bedroom and hall bath. Each bedroom has French doors opening to one of the two covered balconies. Off the dining room is a patio perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach.  ***NOTE*** THIS UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH A GRILL OR COMMUNITY POOL PRIVILEGES. The master King bedroom and Queen Bedroom each with their own private bath are located on the 2nd floor. This charming beach house is great for a small family or couples. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable and DVD player. Wireless Internet provided and parking for 2 vehicles. Located on the highest point on the Gulf, just one block off of scenic Highway 30A is the beach board walk access for the Blue Mountain Beach Community. This property rents Saturday to Saturday during Peak Summer Season.  

While this home is pet friendly, South Walton County has additional rules about bringing your dog to the beach with you.  As stated on the official 30A website: "While there are plenty of dog-friendly places in South Walton, the county does not allow all dogs on the beach. This confuses many people who live or visit here.  You must first obtain a permit. Make sure that your dog stays on a leash while walking on the beach and bring bags to pick up any waste they may leave behind. Dogs are allowed on the beach only during certain times of day.
