The owners of this property completely renovated the property so that everything inside is brand new and coastal inspired. Even though the gulf views are spectacular (which you’ll see as soon as you walk in the door), you’re going to be equally amazed and what greets you inside this luxury condominium. Your family of up to eight will truly enjoy every moment here since the owners have spared no expense to create a coastal environment second to none that perfectly complements the gulf front location. The experience begins when you enter the unit and see the shiplap walls accented with local coast art. But that’s just the beginning. Here are some of the distinctive features of this ultimate beach front condo:

• Our Carefree Check-in lets you go directly to the property, so you don’t have to check in at an office
• Your first stop is the completely remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, a uniquely designed backsplash and open shelving rather than closed cabinetry that creates an open and airy feel that you can enjoy while seated at the counter at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen is outfitted with completely new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances
• The dining area next to the kitchen seats eight around a repurposed table finished to compliment the rest of the décor throughout
• The gulf front living room offers spectacular views from the wrap around balcony windows and doors. And the living room seating for five is centered around a 75” SMART TV. The living area is highlight by the pecky cypress ceiling that creates an absolutely wonderful coastal setting. As a bonus you can play your favorite music by connecting to the SONOS speaker system
• Adjacent to the living area is a dining area seating six that also can be turned into a mini office that makes this a great spot to catch up on emails or write that beach novel that’s been on your mind
• When you step out on to the balcony, you’ll find comfortable seating in either Adirondack chairs, loungers or you can enjoy your morning coffee at the bar height table and chairs for four
• The Master Suite is outfitted with a KING bed facing a 55” SMART TV and an adjacent seating area. The suite offers gulf views and an entrance to the balcony.
• The Master Bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a herringbone tile design. There’s also a soaking tub if you want to relax at the end of a busy beach day – remove this we do not have a tub in the master. You can even play your favorite music in the shower – just connect via Bluetooth to the built-in speaker.
• The Guest Suite has a QUEEN bed, a 55” SMART TV and its own ensuite bath with a glass enclosed shower, quartz counters and a large mirror over the vanity
• The second Guest Suite has two QUEEN beds, a 55” SMARTTV and is perfect for adults, youngsters, or teens.
• The third bath (opens into the hall and into the second Guest Suite) offers the convenience of a tub/shower combination so that bathing the little ones will be easy
• The laundry area offers a full-size washer and dryer as well as an ironing board, iron, and clothes baskets to help you keep everything clean and fresh

Sago Sands is a luxury condominium perched on a bluff, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with breathtaking views of peaceful sunrises and romantic sunsets. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool located on the north side of the complex. Only eight units, keep it quiet and private. This Gulf front development provides community grills for guest use. For added convenience, the building has an elevator and two dedicated parking spaces. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

We greatly enjoyed our recent stay at Sago Sands-Unit 302. The property was lovely with modern updates. The beachfront view was spectacular and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. We cooked 2 nights during our stay and found the kitchen to be appropriately stocked. On the last night of our stay, we walked down to the nearby pizza/Italian restaurant and wished we had discovered it earlier! There are several eateries and shops within easy walking distance. The only inconvenience during our stay (and reason for 4, rather than 5 stars) was that the elevator is out of order with no apparent plans for repair. Fortunately, we had no infirmities in our group and are reasonably fit so the 3 flights of stairs were merely an inconvenience; however, had we known, we would have packed a bit differently. We viewed it as “built in exercise” to help balance out the great vacation which included good food and beach lounging. Overall, a great vacation in a beautiful property.

We enjoyed our week here and the location was perfect! Right on the beach, with a rental place across the street (we got a golf cart for the 2nd parking spot, but they had tons of other rentals available, such as bikes, beach gear, etc.). We used beachchairs4u.com for beach setup and they were wonderful! Cash or check only but the service was right outside our door each day - payment collected on the final day. The location was a quick trip by bike, car or golf cart to Seaside and the food trucks. The only negative to this location was that the internet was out upon arrival and nobody came to fix it until the 2nd to last day of our one-week stay. The tv's were all connected to the internet, so nothing worked outside of local channels. Additionally, I had to use a hotspot to work remotely, which was not ideal. This is something that can happen from time-to-time and certainly wasn't intentional. I would stay here again!

We have stayed in Sago Sands Unit 302 on 2 different occasions. Before the renovation and after the renovation. Same beautiful view from the balcony and the interior renovation is gorgeous! We loved the high top table in the living room- perfect for doing a jigsaw puzzle during the week. The master shower and lighting is so relaxing and all of the beds are extremely comfortable. We also made use of the drink refrigerator in the living room! We love staying in this condo complex because it is in a great location (walk to restaurants, Tom Thumb, and Goatfeathers for shrimp!) and it is a short bike ride to seaside and the hub. Highly recommend!

2 spots for parking, felt very private and welcoming, especially knowing the building only has 8 units, and a simple walk onto the beach - felt like our own!
Exterior of building needs some tlc (elevators and front walk up with some broken tiles), but other than that, the unit is OUTSTANDING!

My two girlfriends and I celebrated are 52 and 60 year old birthdays and we could not have stayed at a more beautiful place! The condo was decorated beautifully and everything was in perfect order. In addition, we even found large plastic cups, wine corkscrew, all the necessary and even beyond kitchen utensils, etc. that made it easy to not have to purchase any items for our stay. The wrap around balcony was heavenly and the views incredible. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Sago Sands 302. I have been coming down to 30a for the last 15 years once to twice a year and this was by far my favorite condo to stay in. The place is decorated fantastically and has everything you will need for a super comfy stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. The views of the sunset from the balcony or the living room are amazing. The beach is so close it is unreal. I will for sure come back to this spot again!

Our stay was fantastic. The unit was clean and the finishes were very modern and fit the the beach vibe. The views from inside the unit and from the balcony were amazing. The location was excellent in terms of being able to walk/bike to all the top restaurants in the area. Can't recommend highly enough. Look forward to our next stay.

The condo was just as it appeared on the website. Updated, nice furniture, great layout. One of the nicest units we have staying in along 30A. Amenities did not list a blender or any hair dryers, but I can confirm that the unit had those things. We really enjoyed the large island (as opposed to a peninsula type breakfast bar) which made it much easier for multiple people to be in the kitchen area. Another key feature was the "puzzle table" in addition to the dining room table. The location is very close to two of our favorites - Old Florida Fish House and Goatfeather's Seafood.

Beach was not too crowded when we were there during the third week of August. We used BeachChairs4u-dot-com for our umbrellas and chairs but there were plenty of others who brought their own umbrellas.

Best Beach Getaways was great to work with. We received our access codes a week or two in advance. We were even notified that the unit was available earlier in the day. That never happens! I was very impressed with the messaging and communications before our stay.

We loved this property. The location on 30A is absolutely perfect.
One tiny complaint. ....the moment we opened the door to the condo there was a weird odor. We couldn't figure it out but it was strong and strange. I think it could have been a mixture of the cleaners that were used. No idea.... Also the coffee pot probably needs replacing... OTHERWISE
We would absolutely love the place! Will be back.

It was a nice place to stay and very roomy. You are a very good company to work with.
The kitchen sink does not have very hot water, the other faucets do. More bath towels are needed in the unit.
