The place was beautiful clean and cozy. Stocked with everything we needed, comfy beds, lots of storage and all the beach equipment and sand toys was a lifesaver. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach. Great communication from owners and office management and quick to respond. I will recommend this condo to all and we will for sure be coming back. Thank you so very much. My family had the best time and it was just what we needed. We will miss this place. Until next time. 1 million stars!

Runaway Bat 228 is the 3rd condo we have stayed in there. The location of Runaway Bay is great. The condo was very clean, and undated nicely. We did have a few things that weren’t so good. The shower in the master bathroom was very disappointing, water pressure was very slow with just a few sprays of water, and the shower leaked out the bottom of the door. Beds were comfortable. The condo was poorly stocked according to what we have been use to in past rentals. Nothing other than salt and pepper, nothing to clean with. I will say that when we had trouble with the TV the gal at the office was very quick to get it figured out for us. They have been that way in the past on our other times on AMI. That means a lot. We would rent there again.
