The location of the condo is good with it being a minutes walk from the communal pool and 2 minute walk from the beach. It’s in a very quiet area of runaway bay too. The condo overlooks the bay which is great as you see a lot of wildlife like pelicans dolphins etc. The condo was kept very clean and you have everything you need to go about your holiday. The only thing that I think that is needed is a bit of a renovation. The decor is quite old fashioned and if the condo was upgraded a bit then there is no question this would be the best condo in runaway bay.

Loved Runaway Bay on Anna Maria Island! Have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it! Pool is great and very close to the beach. The ladies at Best Beach Getaways were friendly and very accommodating when we decided to extend our visit for a few days.

On the bay

Overall, very nice stay. Unit is on the bay with an excellent view. The unit however could use a few updates.

We had four families visiting; unit 136 was much nicer with granite, new fridge, new paint, and new furniture. On the rear exterior of our unit the exterior closet door has some rotting wood. Overall, the unit is nice and we had a very nice time. A few updates, perhaps after the pandemic Induced supply chain disruptions, would make the unit exemplary.
