From the driveway where you can park two vehicles, somedays you can hear the waves from the beach just 3/10th of a mile away! Enter this well kept home and notice the fun surfing motif! A living area with a 52" TV looks into the dining space for 6, with bar seating for 2. The crisp light colored kitchen is a great space for preparing a delicious meal, a quick snack, or heating up leftovers from your favorite PCB or 30A restaurant. Off the kitchen, open up to the back porch covered seating area where you can relax while the kiddos enjoy the "dipping" pool.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a flat screen 32" TV, with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom has a view of the back yard. The hallway bath has a tub shower combo. Across the hall from the bathroom is a bedroom with two twin beds and a 32" TV. The other bedroom at the end of the hall has a Queen sized bed and a 32" TV.
