Incredibly spacious 5/4.5 sleeping 16, with plenty of windows to welcome the idyllic environment surrounding this home to the inside. Unlike many vacation homes that can be cramped, this one provides multiple spaces for your group to spread out and enjoy their own personal space! Every room is oversized and there is a front and back porch or balcony off each of the three floors. The interior is soothing and brings an immediate feeling of home. Come in from a day in the sun and settle in for a rest, meal, movie or game night!
Entry on the front of the home has a convenient shower right on the front porch, to rinse sandy feet. Inside, the first floor is for gathering and entertaining. From the oversized kitchen with a floating island with seating for 4, to the dining area with seating for 6, you can snack or eat a meal. Or lounge in front of the 75" TV, or outside on the back deck overlooking the fire pit. Also on this floor is a half bath and a desk to set up your laptop and check email, while still be in the mix of everything going on.
Upstairs, on the second floor, there is a porch off the landing with seating to enjoy the morning sun. There are three large bedrooms, each has a King platform bed, an ensuite bath and a 60" TV. The Master has a private balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and the Master bath features both a soaking tub, stand alone shower, water closet and double vanity.
As you head up the stairs to the third floor, notice the huge windows in the staircase that allow a view of the surrounding trees. On this floor, there is a great open living area with a wrap around sofa and a 75" TV for movie night! There is a front and back balcony, a bunk room with two built in custom Queen over Queen bunkbeds-- get this, each bed has it own 60" TV!! The last and 5th bedroom rounds out all the sleeping arrangements with a King bed. This floor has a shared hall bath that has a custom tub/shower combo and a double vanity.
So, if you are looking for a home that is within immediate area of 30A, Seacrest Beach, 30 Avenue and all this area has to offer, yet you want to be away from the direct congestion, this is the home for you! Dip in the private community pool, catch the tram to the beach and never have to leave the community! The beach tram picks up about 150 yards away or walk about 15 minutes to the beach.
Parking for 3 vehicles. No RVs allowed. NO Golf carts allowed. No parking on street or grass

The house was amazing! It was clean , decorated beautifully, and so spacious! It definitely exceeded our expectations! The tram service to the beach was helpful and we rented bikes to get around. Fun was had by all!

We were a group of 13 women in our 50’s celebrating a 35 year class reunion. The house was perfect. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone loved it.

We had an amazing week staying at Redbud Lane. House was beautiful and clean, so much room for all to spread out. We loved the amount of outdoor spaces available to relax, catch a sunset and morning coffee. The stars are beautiful in Treetop! The kitchen was well equipped and a dream to cook in for a group. The island provided a great spot to gather for laughter and conversation. We rented bicycles this time for our stay and would definitely recommend- we explored so much of the area!!! We stayed here in April and had a wonderful stay. House was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with gorgeous furnishings. A clean home is very important to us and this place did not disappoint. We are a “no shoe” household so floors that are clean are a must. Our kids loved the bunk room and screamed with excitement that each bed came with its own television!?( btw they are not your regular twin bunks. I’m pretty sure they were queen size.) The balconies off the bedrooms were a really nice touch for reading or just hanging out. The fire pit was a huge hit and our family was able to create a new memory that will stay with us. They even provided s’more sticks and a cute tray to carry all the fixings. We also appreciated the nice cutlery and dishes. They had beach chairs for use but we didn’t know this ahead of time and rented them along with umbrellas before we arrived. The pool was super close and a short walk. The trams came pretty fast and you could be at the beach in 5 mins or so. (They can carry umbrellas, chairs, towels etc.) We wish the pool was heated as we learned in April the water is still chilly. We did get to use it our last day as it was hotter outside. The only other thing I wish the home included was a vacuum or wet vac for sand or hair. I like to maintain the cleanliness daily and a vacuum would have been convenient. Lastly, the home is located in a desirable area in a gated community close to 30a dining and shops. We loved walking to the coffee and ice cream shop!

This property was clean and the location was quiet as it is set back some from 30A. The house was spacious, we had the pool to ourselves most days and the shuttle to town and the beach made it easy to get around with 3 small children. We would definitely stay here again!
