Ramsgate 9

Everything was excellent! We had a very restful peaceful enjoyable time at Ramsgate harbor unit 9! We have encouraged many of our friends to stay at Ramsgate!

My family has been coming to stay at Ramsgate for a number of years. We always enjoy it. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded. The condo was clean and the view of the ocean is incredible.

We are return vacationers to Ramsgate and like our other trips, had a wonderful time. This property works really well for our family of 4. We love our views of the beach, plenty of space, and how close we many of the local places we like to visit when we’re there.

In short, we stayed a week, and we would definitely recommend this townhouse. One thing to be aware of is this two-story townhouse that is up two broken flights of stairs.

The property was ready early which was nice because our daughter showed up before us. Check-in was easy as we were sent the key codes for the door. It was a bit of a trek to bring all our supplies up (and down) two flights of stairs. The house was very clean upon arrival and we loved that it had a table on the balcony to have meals outside. We noted black mark on the couch and wobbly coffee table leg which maintenance offered to come out and repair right away. The kitchen was fully stocked except for potholders. All the appliances worked well. The AC worked great and never froze which is impressive considering it was so hot and humid it ran nonstop. One of the reasons we chose this townhouse was because we wanted a less crowded area and beach than a multi-story condo complex downtown would have, and we weren’t disappointed. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix super close and it’s a 15–20-minute drive to the pier which took longer due to the construction on both main roads as of June 2024. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay away from the downtown bustle. We truly had the most relaxing week ever here.

We had a great stay at Ramsgate Harbour #9. The unit was recently renovated, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and out was easy, and having the electronic entry vs. a key is a convenient bonus. This is our 3rd time staying at RGH (various units) and this unit has so far been the best. We will definitely be back.

This condo is very nice. It was clean and well kept. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony off of the living room and from the master bedroom upstairs. It also has an easy access to the beach. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. We had no issues with parking. This location is close to Panama City Beach, Pier Park, restaurants, grocery stores and several other nice beaches! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our week in this condo. Cleanliness was TOP NOTCH. Kitchen was well stocked and then some. The view from our balconies, SPECTACULAR. The ONLY thing I would recommend would be more extra blankets. Other than what was on the bed, there were no extra ones.

This is a great unit. Very nice, well decorated and peaceful.

Great condo in a great location. Our family of 4 had a blast and will be coming back. Being steps away from the beach was very convenient for the kids.

Side note: I left a grey pillow so hopefully management will help return that when the property is accessible again in Sept.

I would highly recommend this place. Everything was super clean. It was the perfect location. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. We were able to check in early by receiving a text saying the room was ready. (Just make sure you put your parking pass in your vehicle completely filled out or Ramsgate will blow your phone up & threaten to tow your car) That was the only thing a little negative. Other than that, I will be renting next year. ??????

We have stayed at Ramsgate Harbour before but in a different unit. I would say that both units were perfect for our family of four. The unit is clean, up to date, and the check-in and check-out process was flawless. We even got an email that is was ready early! The location of the condo is perfect and literally as close as you can get to the beach. There were no drawbacks to staying here and we will stay here again. Best Beach Getaways managed the property and communication was great. The photos of the unit were accurate and looked exactly like what we opened the door to. So, none of those dreaded "bait and switch" photos. This specific unit did not come with any "beach supplies" like chairs, umbrellas, etc. but we were not expecting it to. Overall the unit and the location were exactly what we needed and it fulfilled every need and want.

If you want a nice peaceful place to stay at the beach, this is the place for you! We loved it. It’s only 3 floors and access to the beach is easy. There were a few glitches at first, but they were resolved quickly. It was a great vacation.
