This contemporary custom home, recently constructed by Chi Mar Builders, is located at the first beach tram stop in Seacrest and features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. This large home has ample space for multiple generations to enjoy. On the main floor is the living room where all can view the 75" Smart TV. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you can imagine you will need to host your group, all Viking appliances--a gas stove and two refrigerators to stock up for your hungry group and a Keurig for pods or for a full pot made with grinds. The beautiful breakfast bar has seating for 4 along with the spacious dining table that looks out over the pool. The living room space is very open with 12 foot ceilings and windows looking out to the entrance of the Seacrest pool. There are two grilling areas, one is right outside on the downstairs porch so you can be in the middle of everything, the other is on the third floor porch. Also on the downstairs floor is a bedroom with a King bed, a private bath with a double vanity and an oversized shower.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, a King bed and a daybed for lounging, or perfect for a younger one that wants to sleep close by. The large Master bath has a double shower, double vanity and a soaker tub. Each of the other bedrooms have a King bed and a private en suite bath with custom tiled, oversized showers. On the third floor is the bunk room, which is huge, has 6 bunks, giant bean bags to rest on and an enormous TV! This floor also has a tremendous porch with a grill and a refreshment area with a sink and refrigerator to keep your snacks and beverages close by. You will have plenty of room to watch TV, entertain, relax and take in the sights and sounds of the pool area down below. There is even a giant swing to hang out on! Sonos is available in the common areas of this home for your music selections. A laundry room on the second floor with two washers and dryers is there for your convenience. For your little ones, there is a pack N play, a high chair and baby gates for the stairs
When you are ready for the beach, step out on the end of the driveway and catch the tram to ride over to the beach access. Just minutes away and you will be dipping your toes in the Emerald waters of the Gulf! For your outdoor and beach activity amenities, depending on the length of your stay, VayKgear will provide kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or other choices for you. An email with a menu and complimentary certificate will follow your reservation. When you return from the beach, shower off right outside in a private overhead shower before entering the house.
Or, when you are ready to shop and dine, 30A is a short walk or bike ride away to immerse yourself in all the fun the famous 30A has to offer. This home is perfectly situated to "have it all!"

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. The location to the pool was amazing. The floorplan with so many king suites was perfect for what we were looking for. Loved riding bikes to shops and restaurants which we also was able to walk to. We did not use the larger balcony as much as we hoped because it was all the way up on the 3rd floor. We fit 3 cars (full size truck, 2 smaller suvs) in the driveway and had a 4th that was able to park just around the corner.

The location could not be better and the house was perfect for our family. The only thing that detracts from being a perfect score is the basic amenities. There was no broom, basic pantry items as salt and pepper and only a couple of dish cloths for the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at Posh Paradise. The location could not be any better and the house was the perfect size for our group of 14. The most disappointing part was the lack of basic amenities. There was not a broom and dust pan, there was nothing in the pantry not even salt and pepper and there were only two kitchen towels and bar mops. With a group of 14, we were constantly doing wash so we could reuse the towels. I was also disappointed that they did not have beach towels to use. I did not have space in my luggage for beach towels so we had to purchase some.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We had 2 families represented with 5 children, and there was plenty of space for all. The house is absolutely amazing!!! The location is perfect. Pool is directly out the back doors, beach pickup is directly out the front door. Or if you prefer to walk, as we often did, it's a short 5 min walk to the beach. We had zero complaints - would absolutely LOVE to stay here every time we come to Seacrest!

What a wonderful gem of a home in SeaCrest. The community is lovely and the setting of this home is even lovelier. We had plenty of room for all 13 of us and the kids loved walking out the back door and having the pool within steps. Very safe home with keypad locking doors to ensure smaller kiddos couldn’t let themselves out. The beds were very comfortable and felt like I was at home, which is a rarity for me when on vacation. We will be back for sure.
There was a small hiccup (no one’s fault - just happens) with the 3rd floor A/C. It went out just before we arrived. Rob with the Maintenance crew came and installed a portable A/C which we were so thankful for as the temp was in the 90s on the 3rd floor. We were told the part for the unit would arrive Tuesday (our last day was Thursday) but no one came out to fix the unit. No one called or reached out. I’m not complaining, I was just surprised. The kids were comfortable with the portable unit but I thought they would want to follow up for us and families staying in this home to come.
Overall, I would choose to rent this house again. Very lovely and was everything we needed and more.
