We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 901 because it is very spacious with incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. The condo was well stocked, very clean and had a great view. The location was within minutes of all many great places to eat. We loved the balcony and the easy access to the beach.

This unit was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed in the unit…added bonus was beach chairs and an umbrella. We had an issue with the bedroom light (the bulb) they promptly came out and replaced it. Also Ms. Carol the property manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with she took care of anything we needed. We lost a key and she dropped everything and went and had us new keys made. She is definitely an asset to these owners. We will definitely be back.

I loved the location of this place, it had everything we needed for every condition possible. From the 3 different pools, parking and access to the beach. My only issue was the plumbing in our unit, that problem was probably from all the sand left in the drains left from other renters. Also the ice maker didn’t work well. But overall this place had everything we needed to have a successful week in Florida! Would definitely rent again.

This condo is in a great location and near restaurants and attractions. The condo is quiet and clean. It was very well supplied with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony is awesome. I would recommend to others.

Nice and clean condo. Very happy with our stay. Only problem was, we weren't sure about parking nor a good explanation regarding getting into the condo. Reached out but no reply. Thank goodness, we figured it out.

Very nice and close to beach.
Pools were very clean.
Only issue we had was living room screen door was broke. And 2nd tv couldn’t get to work.
