This beachfront condo is located on the 20th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! There are lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six.

We were very happy with our stay, the only negatives we had was that the AC/Air handler wasn’t turning on when we arrived but was fixed very quickly when we called maintenance. Neither patio door would lock- but I called and they offered to have someone come out the next day, however since we were on the 20th floor I wasn’t all too worried about it. Unit could use a few updates but overall we were very happy, and will likely book this unit for our future visits.

The beach was gorgeous. Slept great every night with the sound of the waves on the beach. Could do without the ever present odor of weed being smoked everywhere including wafting into our unit. Would also be nicer if the loud traffic sounds would stop much earlier in the evening.

The condo was very nice, the view was breathtaking. The indoor/outdoor pool was great for my older mother. It is minutes from everything. I enjoyed having access to the two grills with propane already plumbed to them. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning and some dinners at sunset. The over/under washer and dryer in the unit made it simple living through the week. Some great memories from this stay.

The condo was perfect for our mini getaway. We have stayed in this condo before, and we plan on staying here. Many times again the views are exceptional, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I especially liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. This made for easier unpacking when we got home.
