If relaxing with stunning views of the beach and the sound of the surf are what you’re looking forward to, then this is the condo for you! This beachfront condo is located on the 12th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! There are lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six. When you walk in, you’ll immediately notice how light and cheery the condo is, and the fun beachy décor. The master bedroom has separate balcony access and the second bedroom has beautiful views of the morning sunrise.

We appreciated the spaciousness and the supplies provided. Loved the oversized balcony, bed was comfortable, nice closet space, the view was incredible, the kitchen was well equipped. Management team and local maintenance team was very efficient and helpful. We loved the location. Things we would like to have had are a plunger (had to borrow one), cushions on the balcony furniture or more comfortable furniture, and information on how to operate the TV along with a list of channels. Security might have been better. The front door does not fit snug (could see light under the door). The screen in the extra bedroom was torn.

Great stay at Ocean Villa. The room was exactly as described. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony is where we spent most of the time while in the room, beautiful view. The pool that is heated is perfect on cool days in the panhandle. The hot tub was also enjoyable. There also is another pool that is not heated. Security is present on this site, they removed people that did not have armbands from pool area and addressed any concerns that anyone had. The carefree check in allows you to check in at your convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was very relaxing and the condo had everything we needed. Absolutely loved how big the balcony was. On the colder/had to stay out of the water days that we were there, the big balcony was a huge plus because our two year old little one did not understand having to stay out of the water.
