Ocean Reef 1601

The condo was great. Only thing missing was the beach buggy.

I had such a wonderful stay! Everything we hoped for was just as advertised, and we enjoyed it all. The condo had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely beautiful! I’d definitely give this condo an A!

No complaints about the condo itself. Super nice, would stay here again. Security, however, needs to chill. I understand it was during spring break but there was no reason to harass my kids or take pictures of their vehicles. We complied with the rules and had the requisite number of adults per minor in our group and made sure our group was well behaved. I'm still waiting for someone to explain to my why he needed to take pictures as I feel that crosses a line.

Condo was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views and in a great location. Owners were great with communication. There were fans in each closet of the bedrooms, which was definitely a bonus! We have stayed in other condos and this one very well might be my favorite one! The only downfall was that there weren't any carts to help lug all your stuff in. We made it work, we pulled right up to the elevator and unloaded everything by the elevator doors. We would highly recommend this condo - you will not be disappointed! Would definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Was clean and beds were comfy was only able to give it a 4 star d/t the lounge chair on the patio was ripped and unable to be used but when I notified the owner/business didn't seem to be aware so not totally there fault. We had a family of nine and was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed and got along. Beach was very clear and clean as well. loved watching the sting ray and dolphins in the morning on the patio with my grandkids.

Everything was perfect. We come to PCB every year after I lived there for a year. This is by far the nicest condo in which have rented and the location couldn’t be more perfect.

Check-in and out were easy, no contact, no keys. The unit was large and well-maintained. Ice maker was not working but mgmt provided ice trays and bagged ice was available on site. There were a few issues that should be addressed in the unit and I texted mgmt about those as we were leaving. The pool is nice, but small. The beach of course is right there. Incredible view.

We were very happy with our stay at Ocean Reef with Best Beach Getaways. The condo was very clean, spacious, and we LOVED the view. We highly recommend staying here. The only minuscule suggestion we would have is to have a lugagge cart of some kind. We had to make several trips up and down to get all of our bags into the room. That would not deter us from staying again, though! We are already thinking about booking for next year!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Reef in Panama City Beach, FL. 1601 condos was a great place for all of us. The location was great. Most everything was in walking distance. I will definitely consider renting again.

Seven ladies stayed at this condo and it had plenty of space for us. It was comfortable, loved the big balcony. It was perfect!

The condo is spacious and comfortable. It's a corner unit, so the view extends gulf-front and East, all the way down the beach. I took beautiful sunrise pictures every morning. Blow Dryers are in every bathroom; beach chairs are by the stacked washer and dryer; and there are three shelves of books in case you forget yours... I drew the lowest card (of course), so I had the smallest bedroom with full sized lower bunk. Was still comfortable and who spends all that much time in their room when they're at the beach? Unit is perfect for a family with a walk out from the master bedroom. Lanai is huge. Unit is clean and well stocked with towels. No complaints at all from me or the 3 friends that traveled with me. Will be renting again next time we return to PCB for our annual girls' trip!

The condo was awesome! We were there with two families (7 people) and it accommodated us perfectly. The bedroom, bathroom and living area situations are all very good. The condo is decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony is awesome and affords amazing views of the beach and gulf. Sun rises and sets were spectacular. It is close to area attractions, restaurants and activities. There are other condo complexes that are closer to Pier Park, but they get so crowded. We loved that the beach at Ocean Reef wasn't so crowded. Some of the other complexes, the beaches were just nuts, people on top of each other. The beach at Ocean Reef was perfect. The condo itself is 5 stars all the way. There are a couple of things that could have been better, but they are related to the complex and how it was designed and built, nothing to do with the condo itself. The parking spaces are small. If you are driving a truck or a full size SUV, you will probably struggle with the parking spaces. The complex could use at least 1 maybe 2 more elevators. The elevators are fast, but there will be times that you have to let them go by 3 or 4 times to catch one that isn't jam packed full. The logistics of ice is a bit of a challenge. The closest place to get ice is a convenience store that is about a block away. I have stayed in condo complexes that had ice vending machines so you can buy ice onsite. Very handy and would probably even make money for the condo complex. All in all though, we had a great stay and we WILL BE BACK!!!

Easy to work with them. Had some trouble with the air conditioning in the condo, which they sent someone out to get fixed. Would use them again.

Last year we booked a stay with best beach getaways during the pandemic, it was not the greatest experience however a manager stepped in And took over. the place we stayed at was amazing and I didn’t think twice. This year I was reluctant on working with them again however the manager was phenomenal to work with so we decided to try them again. Let me tell you, our stay was one of the best vacations and rentals we’ve ever stayed in to date (and we travel a lot) . The team at beat beach getaways were responsive to our needs, incredibly supportive, and when we had one small issue with our keypad not working, to which they sent someone out immediately to repair. I would not hesitate to talk with them ever again because they were truly phenomenal

We had a great time. I tried to call a few times to see if we could get in early, but no one answered. We didn’t leave a message but I’d be a little concerned if we actually had a problem. Need more employees.
