MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. Just look at the balcony photos and picture yourself relaxing with your morning coffee out here. The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets. The DINING AREA comfortably seats six and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the 32" big screen TV /DVDE. that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.

The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING bed. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a 32" flat screen TV in this large SUITE.

The roomy THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a QUEEN size bed and a 32" flat screen here as well.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a comfy sectional sofa allow the unit to easily sleep 6 comfortably including 2 complete baths. Master bath includes walk in shower with a separate large tub and guest bath is a shower/tub combo.

The unit was absolutely amazing. The pictures need to updated as the unit has been completely redone. The location is perfect and with only 45 units in the building we never waited on an elevator. We will definitely stay hear again and hopefully buy here one day soon.

Overall we had a great experience. Easy check in, easy access to beach, secure, friendly, great location and very quiet even over spring break. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, the decor was beautiful and the view amazing. Only observation was the floors could use a good cleaning. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend the Marisol.

My wife and I have stayed in several different condos over the years but we may have just found our permanent choice for a beach getaway. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Not to mention the condo itself was kept clean, it has fast elevators, and with its size, there was hardly anyone to compete with for space on the beach. Absolutely recommend.

This property is one of the most beautiful I’ve rented with an outstanding ocean view. It’s exactly as pictured and very clean.
Recommend providing more than just a starter package; replenish toiletries and paper towns. Overall, a perfect rental.

We arrived on Sunday, Easter morning, and we were able to check into our room 2 hours early. That was a big help! However, the door code given in the email didn't work and the wifi password wasn't correct. I also didn't receive any information about the codes for the fitness room or pool. I tried to get in touch with the owner Sunday and Monday. I called Best Beach Getaways, left messages on the voicemail, and also sent the owner messages on VRBO's site, but I couldn't reach anyone. Someone finally contacted me Monday afternoon with all of the information that I needed to know. That was the only hiccup. The unit was clean and well stocked and the view was really pretty.
