Mario Cottage is a beautiful and roomy four bedroom/ 3 bath home located in the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin on Luke Avenue just a couple blocks (a short walk) from beach access. Enjoy the private sand volleyball court located right in your front yard! There is a large (8x24) private pool with patio for hanging out, sunbathing, and grilling. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The patio features a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 and plenty of chairs on the patio for you to enjoy. There is a gas grill on the back deck.Community allows 2 cars per unit.

The up to date kitchen has been completely renovated. It features brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. Beautiful wood style flooring throughout the house. The laundry room features a top of the line front loading washer & dryer, brand new. The dining room table seats 6 and there are an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar next to the table. The large and open living room has a new flat screen television.

The downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv with a full bathroom with shower that is shared with the living room.

On the second floor, the master bedroom has a King bed with french doors that open to a private patio that overlooks the pool and patio area. There is also a full size daybed with twin trundle. It has it's own bath with tub and shower. It also has a brand new flat screen television.

The 3rd bedroom located on the second floor has a king bed and bunk beds with a twin on top and double bed on the bottom bunk. This bedroom also features french doors that open to another private deck overlooking the Crystal Beach neighborhood. It has it's own private bathroom and new flat screen.

The fourth bedroom is on the third floor has a king bed and flat screen tv.

Crystal Beach is a family beach neighborhood known for it's casual luxury. The house is located less than one mile from Destin Commons, which features world class shopping, dining, and an IMAX movie theater. It is also convenient to Legendary Marina, golf at Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay, Big Kahuna water park, The Track with miniature golf, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Mario Cottage has a large driveway with plenty of off street parking.

The pool can be heated for an additional $200 fee.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable is one (1) person 25 ratio years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
