The Marbella Villas are in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. A beautiful spacious property looking right out at the beach and surf. Wife said the kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access with elevator and luggage dolly. We would rent again.

We absolutely loved the location and have could never have dreamed of renting a place so close to the beach - I obviously saw the pictures before booking, but my goodness you really have to see it to believe it! Most of the time we spent at the condo was on the screened in porch with the big sliders open and the cool breeze blowing in off the ocean and it was absolutely beautiful. And the sunsets were unreal! We had to reach out to the management company twice for false alarms on our part and they were very responsive in both instances so major props for that! Our one big complaint was the lack of included amenities such as laundry detergent (not even a starter pod or 2), garbage bags (not even an extra bag or 2), or even simple spices like salt and pepper. We have rented a lot of houses/condos in the past and I have never had such spartan provided amenities. I certainly did not expect a fully stocked spice rack or Costco-sized bin of laundry pods, but a few to a least get us started, or certainly extra garbage bags so we could take garbage out, is generally pretty standard. That was disappointing, and since we flew there, it was just annoying that we had to buy all of that stuff only to ultimately leave most of it behind. I would definitely recommend upgrading the offerings for your guests in the future.
