The Marbella Villas are in walking distance of the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to Marbella. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. We definitely enjoyed our time at the Marbella Villa. The rooms were very clean and pleasant to stay in. The view from our porch from sunrise to sunset was so nice to witness the ocean waves and setting of the sun. It was in short a great atmosphere. We didn't have a car but relied on Instacart from Publics, the Monkey bus (drivers receive a tip) and trolley to get around. We fully intend to make plans to go again next year. I really do not have any complaints. However if you arrive late and do not intend on going to the store until next day, make sure if you need coffee when you wake -bring a short supply. I might add we had a minor problem with a TV in a bedroom and it was replaced immediately. The office personnel were very pleasant and ready to help out.

Very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better & the unit was clean & well furnished. The only complaint is that the tv is difficult to navigate, and internet connectivity is not consistent. Many thanks to Amanda for the assistance. We will definitely return!
