The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! We had a great stay. We had 4 adults and enjoyed the condo very much. The view was the best and was as advertised. Close to the beach as well. The heated pool was nice and also the hot tub was hot and well maintained.
The bedrooms were nice size except for the 3rd bedroom, which was very small, but we already knew that. Still was good for 1 adult or 3 kids could have stayed in there.
Location was great and close the Bridge Street where all the restaurants, bars, and shops were located. No issued with traffic and parking there as well.
The only small issue we had was the dryer did not work for us. It heated up but would not dry any clothing. We did not report it because we did not know until the end. I believe the vent just needs a cleaning.
We would recommend this stay to anyone else.

This was a great place to stay. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. The third bedroom is more suited to kids than adults but was fine for our son. The beach is close to restaurants and shopping and there is a free bus service. We really liked the location.

This is our second year renting this unit and we were thrilled to be back. The unit has an amazing view to the ocean. It was clean overall and we had no issues. We plan to return again next year!

Room was very clean and as advertised. We had a issue with the air conditioning the last full day, we talked to the office and within a hour they had a tech in the room addressing the issue. Will definitely stay in their units next year.

The perfect place for our family vacation. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised with the spiral stairs from the balcony, given us direct beach access. The beach was beautiful and wasn’t crowded at all, this was a surprise, considering it was the week before the Fourth of July. Plenty of room for a family of 8. The condo is within walking distance to bridge street. We will be staying again.
