The Marbella Villas are in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. We loved Marbella Villa 01 for the month of February! The view from our unit is fantastic and our location on the beach is awesome. The living and dining area and are open, bright, and the kitchen is well supplied. We had wonderful service if we needed anything. Asked for a crockpot and received it promptly. Had some new lights installed and old bedding replaced. Our managers were friendly and always ready to help. Enjoyed swimming in the lovely clean pool, and sitting around it talking to our neighbors. Loved watching sunsets from our patio. Looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation on Anna Maria Island!!

This beautiful apartment has views as far as you can see. The beautiful furnishings made life cozy and warm for the 5 of us adults (2 parents, 3 adult kids). Good and responsive management. You'll absolutely love it!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. The furniture, bedding, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The building was very quiet and delightful. It was very close to a trolley stop. The beach wasn't crowded at all because of the type of dwellings nearby . The elevator was operational the entire week which was important with my disability. The kitchen could have a few more essentials like a glass measuring cup, but otherwise ample. We will definitely rebook to come again.

We have stayed at Marbella Villas for the last 10 years but this is our first time in the unit and we were not disappointed. The only drawback this year was outside stairwell being closed for safety reasons.
