Majestic Beach 1-501 is a luxurious beachfront 5th floor condo at the beautiful MAJESTIC BEACH RESORT in Panama City Beach—home of the world’s most beautiful beaches. It is on the corner of the west end of Tower One, meaning incredible sunsets every evening from an extra large balcony that wraps around the end of the building. It will sleep 8-10 (8 adults; 10 with children) and is newly decorated with fresh paint, furniture, mattresses, and stainless appliances. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Here is the breakdown of the rooms:

MASTER KING BEDROOM—Sit in bed and view the Gulf from your balcony access. Features a Master Bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and privacy closet/toilet. Also, a 55 inch flat screen TV for private viewing.

2ND KING BEDROOM—has its own private bathroom and TV.

3rd KING ROOM (2ND MASTER)—Has its own small private balcony overlooking the vast pool area, beach and miracle strip (street/city view) as well. Adjoining bathroom and TV.

TWIN BUNK BEDROOM—Features twin bunk beds for children or lighter weight adults; has a Chest, DVD player and small TV.

KITCHEN—Fully functional with new stainless steel appliances, variety of cookware, utensils and dishes along with a blender, toaster, griddle, crock pot, mixer, coffee maker and Keurig. A dining table and 3 bar stools make family breakfast easy! There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

LIVING AREA—Beautifully decorated, this area has a sofa sectional which can convert to a queen sofa bed. Two recliners provide relaxation while watching the 65 inch Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon streaming capable). The balcony includes multiple seating and provides endless opportunities to see ocean wildlife and views to the East and West. You will realize it is the perfect height for viewing, yet is far enough from potential noise below.

RESORT AMENITIES—5 pools total, 2 hot tubs, H20 BAR AND GRILL (good food and drinks poolside), movie theater (4th floor), Majestic market (Starbucks availability, as well as a Bloody Mary bar, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, sundries), game room, ice machine, and tennis availability. There is also access to the resort fitness center.

Overall stay was great! Family left early due to the hurricane coming in! Hated that we couldn’t stay our entire trip! Being 14 hours from home. We were just unsure what was going to happen

we have rented many units in the area and this one stands out a lot. It is well-maintained remodeled big has all the stuff you need in the kitchen beautiful back porch great views it was super clean has almost everything you could think of that you would need for a perfect vacation on the beach Pools were warm and clean. The hot tubs were amazing. The staff was friendly. The owner of this unit really keeps up on everything.

We stayed in Majestic Beach 1-501, we had 3 teenagers and 6 adults we had plenty of room. The floor was very sandy when we got there but we just swept it up ( multiple times) your at the beach what do you expect. The only issue we had was I didn’t know to look for a email from The resort to register our cars, but once I called I figured everything out. Overall it was a great trip.

Review for our stay for the month of November - I would actually give 5 starts to the team at Best Beach Getaways, and a weak four stars for the unit itself - 1-501. When we arrived, the unit was quite clean, but the entire master bedroom walk-in closet was filled floor to ceiling with beach toys and other items, ostensibly belonging to the owner. Best Beach came the next day and sorted things out and made room for us to put our stuff. Later we noticed that the main tv in the living room was deteriorating, displaying a large dark area on the screen. Again, Best Beach to the rescue, replacing the tv the day after we called. The final negative aspect for this unit is that the mattresses, while clean, were old and saggy. I eventually had to sleep on the floor, but, truth be told, my back is weaker than most. Still, I think it's time to update the mattresses in the unit. Otherwise, the unit was fine. We love the four bedroom units in tower 1, with the wrap around balcony, and we had a fun vacation. Again, Best Beach Getaways exceeded expectations.

My family, my parents and sister rented out this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the huge balcony and the convenience of the store and grill downstairs. Beware, the elevators are always full and you need patience to catch one!! Lol. We took the stairs most of the time. It was also quite the walk from the parking garage to our unit my mom had issues with that. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and we will be coming back to this place!!

Such a wonderful vacation. The condo had all we needed and more!!!! Beds were very comfortable and the entire condo was gorgeous!!! Great family vacation and so many memories made. Perfect sunrise and sunset on the amazing, large balcony every day

What an amazing condo! We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had an ample amount of room. The beds and pillows are cozy. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for us to cook a full Thanksgiving meal and store the leftovers. Not to mention the sunset views from the amazing wrap around patio.
Majestic has one of the best fitness centers in Panama City Beach and when I realized this condo didn’t have a key card, Rob did not hesitate to contact the property to see what he could do to get one for the unit and then he hand delivered it.
Our family loved this condo and they are already asking if we are coming back next Thanksgiving. Thank you Best Beach Getaways for an amazing holiday week!!

We had a great stay at Majestic Towers condos. Great view from our room and the amenities were awesome! The property is very close to restaurants and Pier Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the elevators were sometimes very slow. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Majestic Towers!

I really have no complaints as we were the first visitor since the new owners took over. The room was clean and the new owner was very pleasant and we enjoyed meeting her!!! My only concern is that none of the hand sanitizer stations were stocked by the elevators...specially the pool elevator.
We will be back and always enjoy our stay....
