Welcome to 'La Dolce Vita...' 'The Sweet Life!' Just one block to our gorgeous white sand beaches! This beautiful beach home with community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community of Destin, Florida. The perfect place for a fun filled beach vacation with family and friends. Community allows 2 cars per unit.

Cool off in the community pool or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the world famous emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the neighborhood with charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes or on the bike and running path that runs parallel to the beach just outside your door.

Come home and relax on the oversized covered porches with fans that surround the house and enjoy the beach breezes. Believe it or not... in the Summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a three minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee across the street, go shopping, or eat a delicious meal at Camille's or any of the fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood.

'La Dolce Vita' is a 2000 square foot home with three bedrooms and three baths. All bedrooms have French doors that open to the upstairs porch with comfortable outdoor seating. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and master bath with a jacuzzi tub and oversized shower.

The second bedroom located on the second floor has a queen bed.

The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There are also built in bookcases on the first and second floor with a great selection of books to enjoy.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances... a large living area and French doors that open to the porches, a full bathroom and laundry room with your own washer and dryer.

After a relaxing day at the beach, you can wash off at the outdoor shower. 'La Dolce Vita' has it all!

Small, house trained, non shedding dogs are ok with management approval and additional fee.

We stayed in this home for a week at the end of June. The location is great, out the back door and maybe a 3 min walk to the beach? We used the VaKay Gear rental credit to get bikes and a trailer and were able to bike to local stores for anything we needed. I thought we'd use them to get to the beach but it was way closer than we thought it would be. The home itself is beautiful. We loved the porch and the balcony. So much natural light. Everything was clean and fairly well kept. It is a rental, so things aren't "perfect" but I would say that the condition of the home is a little better than what we expect from this kind of rental. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils, cookware etc. There were some spices in the cupboard but no salt or pepper (at least when we got there). There was one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so plan on stocking that yourself. Same with soap/shampoo. There is one travel size set per bathroom. Oh, there was no dish drainboard which was a little bit of a nuisance since we generally let everything air dry but the counter and a towel worked fine too. The only issue we has was that when we arrived, the first floor was pretty warm but upstairs was cool. After a couple of days with the temp downstairs not getting below 79, I called for service. It was later in the day when I made the call and management had someone out late morning the next day to fix the issue and we were good for the rest of the week. If you happen to have this place reserved over the same week next year, feel free to cancel because we'd LOVE to come back!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, beautiful double wrap around porch, front and backyard space for kids/dog, open kitchen/dining and three whole bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. Amazing location with a short walk to the beach, a great cafe across the street, and right by grocery stores. We will definitely stay again!
