The Harbour Villa’s are just a 3-minute drive to the north end of the key home to the historic Longboat Village, known in its earlier days as a transient fishing village. It is also a great place for dinner with a view, with options for waterfront restaurants such as the rustic Mar Vista or the more modern Shore. The north end of the key also holds a hidden gem known as Beer Can Island. Erosion has uprooted many of the Australian pines trees here giving it a deserted island feel, a great place worth exploring. 3 minutes in the other direction will put you at Harry’s your local corner store since 1979. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium is also a great place to visit if you are interested in marine life. There are many actives to enjoy on the key as well such and Paddle boarding, Kayaking, and golf. Longboat Key charters offers sightseeing/ecotours, fishing, and sunset tours. The south end of longboat meets At. Armand’s Circle which has a great mix of restaurants, bars, and unique shops. The north end of the island runs into Anna Maria Island which is a hub of entertainment as well.

We had an awesome vacation in Harbour Villa, Longboat Key.
The apartment was really nice and I loved the view from the balcony.
It was sometimes difficult to reach Best Beach Getaway. I didn’t get an answer on an email earlier this year and on texts to
a phone number which was given to us as contact number.

We enjoy our stay each year here at Harbour Villa Club for many years, and hope to return again next year. We have developed many friends in the building and we stay in touch with them through the year. We look forward to this February and have high hopes of much warmer weather. We did bring our Wisconsin “long John’s!”

This was our 3rd straight visit to this unit. The unit is well appointed and has the amenities that we are accustomed to at our residence. My wife got locked out several times the last 2 visits and also this visit. This time she simply put down paper towel at the bottom of the front door so it would never lock behind her. The issue here was leaving all our valuables and cash in the unit. I also had trouble with the 40 year old + locks and would take 6 - 8 or more times to finally open the door. The hardware on the old jalousie window has also worn out and the window will not close. We understand that the owners will be addressing these issues with HOA approval. We stay in Villamare in Hilton Head several times per year. Most locks there are numerical ( a keyboard ) so entry is simple. The view is the Big Selling Point in our opinion. If I were the owner, I would tip the landscape crew a few extra bucks each time to cut a few extra palm fronds each time..!! Trust me that will not harm the palms and will still look neat and trimmed. They block the beautiful view. We own several properties, have flipped over 100 homes, and are familiar with HOA situations.

We enjoyed our stay at #305 Harbour Villas very much. It is a beautiful condo and very well appointed. The view is exceptional, the unit was very clean, mattresses were comfortable and the decor is pretty. Our only negative was the TV remote and access situation. I would suggest that they make that easier or leave detailed instructions.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at HBC more. When we arrived the unit was spotlessly clean. It had been renovated, and the renovation was extremely well done. Great design and very tasteful. The entire complex was well maintained, with daily cleaning of the common areas. Wonderful views of the Bay, and the top floor location was a plus. All in all, a fabulous experience that exceeded our expectations. We will be back. Thank you Best Beach Getaways!

My Wife & our 2 children stayed for one week, We had an awesome time, The condo was very nice and clean and well taken care of & seemed newly updated. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
