Wonderful house! Close to everything. Five minute walk to private beach. Golf cart is a must have. Numerous golf courses within 5-10mins! Love this place! Will stay again. Thanks for everything.

We recently stayed at an incredible beach house in Miramar Beach, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the welcoming atmosphere.
The pool was a highlight of our trip—spacious, clean, and perfect for lounging or a fun swim after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was beautifully designed, making it a great spot for family gatherings.
Having a golf cart available was a game-changer! We zipped around the area, exploring nearby shops and restaurants with ease. It added a fun, adventurous element to our stay.
The bedrooms were fantastic—comfortable, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Each room had a unique charm, ensuring everyone had their own little retreat.
The bathrooms were equally impressive—modern and spacious, providing plenty of room for our large group. No long lines or crowded spaces, which was a huge plus!
The bunk room was perfect for our group of teenagers! They loved having their own space to hang out and relax, and the layout was ideal for their needs.
Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and fun, making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fabulous getaway in Miramar Beach!

My family and I stayed at this house for five nights. Throughout the entire process - from booking the house and during our stay - Best Beach Getaways was always available to answer questions. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate. The pool in the backyard was amazing, and I loved that the pool guy came out twice to check the water. We had 12 of us at the house, and we had plenty of room. From the screened-in porches, to the pool, to the golf cart, everything was top notch. And the kitchen was great! Very well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The kids LOVED the bunk room. This house is a 10/10. We will be returning next year!

The new property was beautiful! I felt it was a little pricey, because it was brand new, compared to the other properties offered. A few things that would improve this property would be to purchase another ice maker. With a property that sleeps 22, the ice maker was extremely slow creating ice. Also, you need to let the renters know that the filtered water is accessible inside the refrigerator. We didn’t find this out until half way through with the week. It also would be nice to offer fitness equipment at the community pool clubhouse. Since the property offers a pool, the community pool was not needed, but exercise equipment would be appreciated. The golf cart was wonderful, however, there is no place to park it once you arrive at the beach, so we had to end up shuttling people and then the last person would walk back to the beach. All in all, it was a great week at a great property. Maybe the price will be lowered soon.
