Welcome to our 13th floor oceanfront condo, aptly named the Salty Sandpiper, at Grand Panama Beach Resort Tower 1 condo 1305!

Let's start with the bedding arrangements: 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Twin Bunk. That’s room for 8!
Starting Sept 1st 2024 the resort will require a $20 fee to bring your pet.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

Your 25 lb. dog is welcome to come along. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee when you bring your pet along.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. We provide a starter pack of amenities and bed and bath linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels and replenish amenities if needed. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

Place was clean and had a good amount of room for 6. Kitchen has all the supplies needed. Beautiful view. The beach was wonderful, clean and amazing soft sand. Pool and tiki bar were great. Temperature of the pool was perfect. Wish the room came with chairs or beach towels but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had the best time at PCB. Your condo was top notch! We watched dolphins from the balcony and also had great views of the sunsets. One suggestion would be to get a chain lock at the top of your door. We had a 1 year old that would open the door and try to escape. Even though the bolt lock was good for outdoor intruders, it didn't stop the baby from opening the door from the inside. We just put things in front of the door to prevent him from getting out.
I highly recommended staying here and I will definitely be back!

This place was amazing!!! The condo was clean and spacious; met all of our needs for our girls trip! The views of the beach, pier, sunsets were simply breathtaking from our balcony and the proximity of the beautiful beach and pool could not be any better. We have absolutely no complaints and will certainly plan to stay again in the future!

Truly our Best Beach Getaway. Unit 1-1305 was exactly as picture, with beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable furnishings, and a wonderful beach view from the balcony.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items necessary for preparing meals.
The internet and TV worked without a hitch. We traveled with our cute pup, and the ground were more than amble for her needs. I especially like the lighted and secure area for those late night necessaries.
My husband I will certainly be returning for another visit

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Panama. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff with Best Beach Getaways was so nice and helpful. We unfortunately left an ipad in the room but the staff with Best Beach Getaways found it and had it shipped to us.

Seriously we thought we walked into a HGTV model condo. This place is that nice. We are super picky about cleanliness, and I usually clean before we unpack. I did not have too here. No dust and the bathrooms were perfect. There was enough room for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Now the view! Can't beat it. The lanai is super big. As storm rolled in and we could still sit out there and not get wet. The Grand Panama Resort is also well taken care of. We will be back, and I will recommend this condo to all our friends.
