This home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. The first floor features the contemporary living area, open kitchen and dining area. A Master bedroom is off the back of the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms. See the breakdown below:
Bed Configuration:
Downstairs Bedroom: King with TV and a Bathroom, shower only, shared hallway entry. Looks out at the pool.
Upstairs: As you enter the second bedroom, the Twin Bunk room with TV (has a pocket door) is to your left. Continue forward and the third bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. A private Balcony overlooks the front yard.
Hall bath with Tub/Shower combo.
The Fourth Bedroom has a King, TV and private bath with dual vanity, double shower and water closet. A private Balcony overlooks the pool.
Sunrise Beach is a quaint, gated beach front community conveniently located less than a quarter of a mile from the Gulf Place restaurants, shops and entertainment. Take the walk trail/bike path to enjoy fun for all ages, such as Pecan Jack's homemade treats and ice cream, delicious breakfast at The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley's Gulf view bar, concerts on the green and various boutiques and eateries.
Your reservation provides a credit for beach gear or bikes, your choice, depending on the length of your stay. You will receive an email with more information once you book your stay.
