Emerald Beach 1836

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for spring break. When we arrived it was spotless and everything was in good working order. The resort is a good family resort and you won't find any crazy parties going on at or near it. We will definitely stay here in the future without a doubt.

My family and I work in ministry and we needed a mini sabbatical. I am SO glad we chose this condo! We have stayed at Emerald Beach Resort in the past, so we knew we loved the location and we knew the facility. We got a text message letting us know we could check in early. The "feels like" temperature in PCB that day was 106 degrees, but upon arrival our room was cool and the fans were going. The room was right off of the elevators and despite it being the week of Independence Day and being on the 18th floor, we did not have to wait long at all! The rooms were clean, and the only issue was the floor mat in front of the shower was drenched and soaked upon arrival so I had to move it to the bath tub for it to dry. I placed a towel in front of the shower and discovered the door of the shower drains on the mat/towel when the door is open, so that is where the problem was (easy fix, keep the door shut after showering). We loved the ice cream and pizza on the 3rd floor near the sky bar, and we visited Starbucks a couple of times as well. More than anything, we loved the views! We loved the balcony layout, and spent many evenings watching the sunset or the rain moving in, despite the heat index. The ocean was closed (double red flags) most of our stay, but we were able to get in one day in the ocean. The pools were definitely crowded, but obviously due to the Gulf being closed. My youngest son brought his XBOX in case the ocean was closed, so we are thankful he did that, and had his own room to use. My oldest son and friend were not able to come, so we had PLENTY of room! The spare bedroom was PERFECT having the lounger couch that could also hold guests or allow our son to just chill. The bunk beds in the hallway, and furniture in the living room all were additional beds. And I loved that the couch and loveseat were vinyl/leather! Perfect cool place for a nap on a hot day! I have an autoimmune disease that causes my internal thermostat to be broken, so on the super hot days I would sit at the picture window in the master bedroom and watch the waves, ocean life, clouds, and boats. I wish we could have stayed longer, we were all in tears having to leave! Thank you so much for sharing this condo with us, allowing us to make some beautiful and much needed memories! Psalms 116:7

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

We had another great visit to PCB! Emerald Beach is perfectly located for us. A wonderful beach. A good walk to our favorite restaurants. I personally enjoy walking the beach down to the pier and Pier Park. When we have to use the car, major routes are easy to get to (when traffic cooperates). Booking seems to be getting easier all the time. Codes were provided before our arrival and passes were waiting in the unit. Everything was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived.

The condo was absolutely amazing! It was a little confusing before check in as to where to drop off our luggage, where to park, etc..., but they were able to guide us once we arrived. My only suggestion would be to email the parking pass ahead of time so that you don't have to go all of the way back from your condo to the parking garage to put it on your dashboard. The master bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked! Loved the balcony and the amazing view! They do supply a starter roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so just be sure to bring extra. They even had salt and pepper, dish soap, and dishwasher pods (3) to get you started! It was very clean, and the carpet seemed almost new! Large closets and bathrooms! The living room furniture was very comfortable. And there were several restaurants in walking distance from the condo! We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach Club 1836. The condo was very well furnished, exceptional view from the porch. The pool was nice for cooling off. It was a bit crowded with the kids from fall break, but we found lounge chairs easily. The beach was nice also. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants. Bring your own beach towels and chairs (none provided).

Excellent condo very comfortable and great location. Beds where very comfortable as stated in previous reviews. The balcony was perfect very private so you could enjoy your morning coffee and evening drinks.

The ad at the time of the reservation indicated the beach chair rental was part of the stay. However, this was NOT the case as I had to pay for the two day rental. Two emails were sent asking for clarification. I have not received any correspondence.
The room at Emerald Beach 1836 was great and would recommend. Amenities was great as well.

The condo was very nice and great location on the beach. It had everything we needed to make it a perfect vacation. I will rent again..

This unit turned into our favorite unit we ever stayed in. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Our favorite part was the balcony. It’s biggest balcony for a condo we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio couch after a long day on the beach. Emerald beach is within walking distance to many restaurants which made this a big draw for us. We looking forward to renting this unit again in the near future.

Best beach getaways made it so easy you have everything you need prior to arrival and all you do is go straight to your room. This is our second time booking through them and both times we booked at emerald beach resort it’s easier when you are familiar with a place plus the Starbucks downstairs you just can’t beat!
