Welcome to Emerald Beach 1525 The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.
