We enjoyed our stay @ Dunes Of Panama, condo B208, rented out to us through Best Beach Getaways. The condo was clean & decorated beautifully. Our weekend was extremely cold & we were unable to enjoy the beach. We had 8 adults in our condo. The only issue that came up...was lack of toilet paper. We had 1 roll per bathroom & I understand that's a "starter" amount, but everything else was a 3 day supply so why not at least 2 rolls per bathroom? Eight adults can go through a roll a day. Lol. That was our only complaint. With the price we paid, another roll per bathroom should've been available. The weather couldn't be helped, but running out in 40 degrees weather to get extra toilet paper was a bit much. We will request B208 again & remember to bring TP.

We had a great time. The view is really awesome! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. We were so happy that we could bring out two small dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. For the positives:
1.Proximity to the pools and beach was great
2.Condo had all the necessary amenities/dishes in the kitchen. All cabinets and drawers
were vey well marked regarding contents. I did take additional soap/shampoo, toilet
paper as recommended.
3.The refrigerator kept items plenty cold and the icemaker was a welcome plus!
4.Necessary linens were provided and, with washer/dryer in unit, additional were not
needed.
5.The grounds had adequate areas to walk our dog and receptacles were available for
disposal of 'waste' bags.
6. Multiple carts and shopping baskets were available at the entrance to take luggage/etc.

Negatives:
1.Cleanliness left a bit to be desired-the air filters, baseboards The plumbing fixtures
(showers) were showing some rust/sediment
2.The thermostat in the unit was programmed-therefore, unable to change. Would be 70
degrees in the AM and 77 in the late afternoon - during the heat of the day.
3.Tropical Storm Fred came while we were there. There was quite a bit of water that came
under the front door of the unit that we had to keep mopped up.
4.The televisions were a little 'tricky' to figure out between the Roku options and the cable
box. The television went out totally in the living room on our second to last day.
Maintenance was very responsive. Tried batteries in remote, etc. It worked again when
they simply switched from one wall socket to another on the same outlet.
. 5. Also, the couch in our unit had several visible stains and was in need of a thorough
cleaning or replacement.
We didn't use the balconies as were afraid our puppy (25 lb miniature schnauzer) might get too curious of activities on the ground - and he, probably, could have fit between balcony rails. That was a little worry-some.
None of the above were enough to prevent us from returning. I did have the opportunity to view a unit in another building. I have to say its decorating/furnishings were a little upscale in comparison.
The information provided prior to our trip regarding the property/lock codes was very thorough and a great help in planning for our trip. We did drive and were able to take the majority of necessary supplies as opposed to having to shop after arriving. The area is very convenient to many stores, restaurants and attractions.

The condo was great. Only complaint was that tv's in both bedrooms did not work until maintenance came the day before our departure. Needed new cable boxes.

We had a great time! The owners have the A/C set on a crazy timer which kept everyone hot. We were constantly having to set the thermostat back to 70 because the schedule they had it set on was 75+ after 9:30am and we would have to wake up and adjust it and then make sure we came in from the beach periodically because the thermostat would set back to that same number throughout the day! Nobody likes to come in from the beach to a hot condo. ? other than that, everything was great!

This was a family and pet friendly place to enjoy the beach and resort type atmosphere! Our condo was well suited for our family size giving everyone room to move, sit on the balcony, hang out and spend quality time as a family. I highly recommend visiting the nearby shops for wake boards, beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas- some only charge under $10 for these items. Plan what you will do in the evenings, as there isn’t much for night entertainment- we has game and card night and walk along the beach. One downside is we found out dogs were not allowed on FL beaches. This was disappointing for us, but we still found places to walk ours in the St Andrews Park and other sidewalks along the streets. Great vac location, beach and heated pool were fantastic!
