Welcome to Don't Worry Beach Happy, our beautiful 9-bedroom 8 bath home at the beach.

This spacious three-story home offers updated coastal accommodations that sleeps 27 (29 including cribs) and is located just 300 steps from the beach. It has been completely remodeled with new appliances and furnishings. It’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many boutiques and one of a kind dining experiences in Destin. After hours of fun exploring Destin or playing on the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy a dip in our 30X17 private pool. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.Community allows up to 5 cars to park.

As you’ll see when you look through the photographs of this property the owners have done everything possible to make this the place where your family can create incredible beach memories. Inside and out. You have the perfect space for large families or small groups. Plus, when you book you get a credit for the week with VayKGear to rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Once you’ve selected your beach gear it will be waiting for you when you arrive. The owners have provided beach wagons for your convenience.

Step inside and you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need and a large living area with a 55” flat screen TV and large double living room with plenty of seating. There’s a custom dining table that can be pulled apart for additional bench seating. The gourmet kitchen is roomy and well equipped with new appliances including a five-burner gas stove so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. From the living room you can access the fenced in back yard that features that beautiful private pool, plenty of lounge seating, and a grill.

You'll find 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with King beds in both, one with a 32" TV and the other with a 40" TV. The 1st bedroom has a private bath and the 2nd has a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom and the hall.

There are 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master on this floor has a King bed, a 32” flat screen TV and a private balcony with comfortable seating and a private bath. The next 2 bedrooms have Queen beds one bedroom has a full bath, the other has direct access to a hall bath. The kids’ room is on this floor and has triple twin bunk! The largest room has two full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also features a media area with a 49" TV and bean bag seating along with an in-suite bathroom.

Head up to the 3rd floor and you’ll find another master bedroom with a King bed and a 40" TV. The 2nd room on this floor has a Queen bed and a 32" TV. Each of the bedrooms on this floor have their own bathroom.

For the little ones, there are two cool family-friendly foldaway cribs. These are NOT Pack ‘n Play (PnP).
Please note, if you plan on using the cribs, please bring your own crib sheets, since those aren't provided

There is parking for 5 to 6 vehicles.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
