Overall a good property and location is great for access to beach. Golf cart is a big plus. The only major issue is the general area is lacking parking space for large families and visitors. Our family of 12 including 5 children needed 3 vehicles. But I failed to notice the limited parking noted on the contract. This place can sleep 12 but can’t park but one vehicle at residence and one in overflow parking, IF a spot is available. Make your transportation a priority when planning to stay here. Otherwise a top notch place!

It is the best spot for a quick walk or an even shorter golf cart drive away to food, shopping, and the beach. Loved the privacy of the quiet gated community.

House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of items. The house is very close to many restaurants and the beach and having a golf cart there was the reason we chose this rental over the others we were looking at. The only drawback was the number of stairs in the house ?. Don’t forget anything upstairs when you’re are ready to leave!!

I recently stayed at Coastal Daes and had an amazing time! The rooms were very clean and decorated nicely! It's in a great location, with lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and shops within walking distance. The best part was how close the beach is, just a short walk away, making it easy to spend lots of time by the water. Even though we preferred walking because everything was so close by and we didn’t have to worry about parking it was so nice that they have their own golf cart for guests to use. The area is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. I had no issues at all during my stay. I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Awesome house, comfortable beds, easy access to the beautiful beach, and to Gulf Place retail. Use of the golf cart was an added benefit we enjoyed. Easy access to the walking/bike trail too!
Kitchen has several cooking utensils and appliances, but lacked stock of basic seasonings and kitchen essentials (salt/pepper/cooking spray, dishwashing detergent, etc) that would have been helpful. We cooked in most meals.
The bathrooms were decently sized, but also lacked ample toiletries for our stay.
The house easily accommodated our 8 adults and 1 baby. We had plenty of space.
If stairs are a problem, I would not recommend this house.
We would happily book this house again, and next time make sure we brought the needed kitchen necessities and toiletries.
We had a wonderful time and the house was a great home base for us to enjoy!

Our stay at Coastal Daes for our girls trip in April was amazing! It’s the perfect location only being walking distance to the beach, shops and some of our favorite restaurants. Having the golf cart to load up our beach chairs and bags was so convenient! The place was clean and inviting, the beds were comfy, and the owners were so pleasant to work with. The kitchen was graciously stocked with K-cups and coffee creamer, and all cooking supplies needed! We loved being able to spend time on the balcony each night hanging out and playing cards under the lights. Our group will definitely be returning for another stay at Coastal Daes!

We love that Coastal Daes is a couple minute walk or golf cart ride to the beach, eats, and sweets. The rooftop deck is the best place to start your morning or unwind in the evening and listen to the ocean. The gated community is quiet. The home is clean and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils.

Coastal Daes was an incredible experience for our group of 9. With 4 kids and 5 adults, everyone had their own space, as well as plenty of community space where we could all be together. The golf cart was a huge hit, even in the middle of December. The location couldn't be better with the beach and restaurants near by. The communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. The only slight downfall we had for our group was the stairs. With 2 toddlers it was nerve-racking, but once we found the baby gates provided, that wasn't even a big deal. Thank you, Coastal Daes for our family experience.
