New Bedroom Furniture and Paint!  This professionally decorated, two King bedroom with two Full baths and Twin over Twin bunks in Bonus room, non-smoking condominium will wrap you in luxury. You will find all the comforts of home! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to spoil your family and friends. This kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with everything you will need. You will feel welcomed as you walk into a spacious living room and dining area complete with all the comforts of home. The dining area will seat six! Additionally, we have three bar stools at the kitchen bar for extra seating! The living room and dining area provides ample space with spectacular views of the gulf! The granite wet bar with a separate sink from the kitchen is a must! You can make those cold beverages after those long hot days on the beach. You may prefer to sit on your furnished balcony and watch the auburn sunsets over the gorgeous gulf waters! This unit offers a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! The private master suite offers a romantic setting with gorgeous decor. You will enjoy your private sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. Watch the ocean waves from your king size bed. The master bathroom is truly first class! It has granite counter tops and double vanities. The guest suite has a luxurious King size bed! No expense was spared when they decorated this unit! This suite has its own entrance to the second bathroom with granite counter tops and a tub & shower as well! The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk! A perfect room for the kids! They will love having their own room!


Please note: all guests staying at Calypso will be required to register and pay a $20.00 parking pass registration fee per vehicle. You will be responsible for registering your vehicle and paying the fee after. You will receive an email with instructions after after confirmation of booking.

We really enjoyed the beautifully renovated condo. Two small things that could have been more obvious: the wifi is throughout the whole building so you can log in to any strong signal, and I guess the unit comes with a VIP parking spot, which I never knew about till we got home ... we'll hopefully be renting again same weekend next year. Thanks!!

This three BR, two BA unit is on the 23rd floor with an outstanding panoramic view of the beach, pier and beyond. A HUGE perk is that the unit comes with a VIP parking pass at ground floor and very convenient to elevator. Otherwise all additional or normal parking are across the street that is crossed by breezeway on the third floor. Just about everything you need is walking distance, or up to two miles away. The pier and Pier Park are to the west and walking distance to great retail shopping, dining and libations.
The unit has recently been updated as almost everything is new, or at least appears new. From the bedding, mattresses, washer, dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot/pod maker, and other furnishings. All bedrooms are finished with Smart Tv's right-sized to the rooms. The primary living space has bar, dinette table, recliners, and couch all new or like-new. The TV in this space is sizeable (about 70" by my guess).
The balcony stretches the width of the unit with entrances to it from master BR and the primary living area. The master BR has a king sized bed (as does BR 2) and a sizeable private BA. The third BR has bunk beds.
To recap, this is a very nice unit with updates and upgrades not found in other units. The VIP parking and close proximity to retail and ding facilities make this one of the best units and locations on the beach as it was a stress-free, comfortable, relaxing and quiet stay with no complaints.
